I've worn Miss Dior for 40+ years. Jumped at the chance to find the original! Sadly it was dark dark gold and years past it's prime. It was heavy and not at all the scent it should have been. Big waste of money.

My Favourite Perfume
I have been wearing Miss Dior Originale for over 50 years (I am now 74) and I just could not live without it. I wear it every day and my family and friends know exactly what to buy me for a special present. (I really cannot afford to buy it myself know that I am a pensioner, as it is so expensive). I hope that you get it in stock soon, as I only have about 1/8th left in my bottle.

Very green chypre
This is a classic fragrance, but very much of its times. Most are now used to sweeter aromas, and find dry green chypres very difficult. I like them, but none of my nieces do. Instead they adore Miss Dior Cherie ( Miss Dior today).

Love it! Exactly what I wanted.
I discovered this original fragrance by Dior back in the 80's and remember really liking it so I decided to try it again. I was initially disappointed with it and doubted my decision as I found it rather overpowering, however, it didn't take long to discover that it was the scent I remembered from years ago and I do really like it. It's a clean powdery scent and a little goes a long way. I'm very happy to rediscover it.

Originale, and best
I'm sad they need to add "Originale" to this beautiful scent's name now, it's a classic, and rightly so. It's SHARP initially, but then settles and really sparkles, staying fresh and uplifting for a LONG time. I never had the pleasure to try the vintage editions that many adore, but this does a fine job once the initial shriek calms, IMHO. Originale in this case takes on the classical sense of the word. Original : individual, the source or cause from which something arises. Like most Originals, this fragrance doesn't care to please you, but charms you entirely anyway by being SO very unique and upbeat.

the best perfume ever

Wonderful scent
I've used this scent on and off for over 40 years. I used to have some of the oil, which I loved and which is no longer made. I like it as much now as I did when I was 18. My body chemistry has changed over the years, causing me to be unable to wear some perfumes that I once adored, but this one smells wonderful throughout. It's probably one scent that would be good for everyone.

I have been buying and wearing Miss Dior since the age of 15, I am now 63 years old, another review mentioned that the fragrance seems to have changed recently and I would agree, it's weaker almost watered down to the point that it just doesn't hold the way it used to, let's have our full strength perfume back! or after all these years I will need to find a new one!!!
