Beyond Rose Perfume by Clinique, Introduced in 2014, Beyond Rose is a spicy, balsamic addition to Clinique’s line. It gets its namesake scent from middle notes of both rose oil and rose absolute. Top notes include mate leaf, which is used to make a beverage that’s traditional in South America, and white pepper, which lends the fragrance a sharp twist that sets it apart from other run-of-the-mill floral perfumes. This clean, sophisticated scent is rounded out with base notes of amber and labdanum.

In 1967, Evelyn Lauder read an article in Vogue magazine that asked “Can Great Skin Be Created?” and shared it with her mother-in-law, Estee Lauder. The article discussed the value of having a skin care routine, which prompted Estée Lauder to recruit its authors, Carol Phillips and Norman Orentreich, who helped Lauder launch Clinique in 1968. In 1971, the brand expanded to include perfumes and introduced its first fragrance, Aromatics Elixir, which is still popular today. All products are original, authentic name brands.
