Nice, but Roots is better
I wore this perfume since 1990
They should really bring it back since it's so popular. I haven't found anything I've liked as much since they took it off the shelf.

I really miss this scent, Coty discontinued it in 2010, although I was lucky enough to find some online, but that has tapped out since 2012, which is really sad, I wrote to Coty to voice my disbelief on why they took it away.

Alternative perfume to Roots Spirit
Dolce and Gabbani Light Blue is the only perfume thats scent comes close to Roots Spirit.

This was the only fragrance I have ever been able to really wear and feel great...it totally complimented me and my style...i could wear to work and out for an evening I really wish ROOTS would bring this back. If not why could Coty continue to make it but give it a different name. Surely that can be done.

Favourite Smell!!
This fragrancce is so clean and fresh and lasts all day. I get compliments every time I wear it. The only downside is that it is never in stock! Fantastic perfume!

Smells Like Light Blue
Smells a lot like Light Blue by Dolce and Gabanna. But like Light blue-it needs to be refreshed several times during the day. It smells great though.And alot cheaper than Light Blue.

Smells AMAZING!!!
My sister bought Roots Spirit at a large retail chain who was selling it as a trial. They stopped selling it. I was going crazy trying to find it in any other stores. I was so excited to find it on Fragrance X and bought it right away. I now know where to get it and it is sold at a great savings. Thanks Fragrance X!

I tell them they can get it from FragranceX.com & that they should be prepared to get compliments every time they wear Roots Spirit. I hope FragranceX.com doesn't run out of this great perfume. I have told so many people about fragrancex.com and my signature scent! I had a woman ask me if I was wearing Light Blue by Dolce & Gabana...what an amazing sense of smell she has...Roots Spirit by Coty does smell a lot like Light Blue!! Two years ago I was at my local [...] and smelled a tester of Roots Spirit parfum....Loved it and bought 1 bottle. From the 1st time I put it on I got compliments every single time I wore it. Couldn't find it at [...] after that...did a google search for it and found it at FragranceX.com!! I wear it every day and have turned more than 5 friends on to it. Two of my sisters loved how I smell so much that I bought them each a bottle from FragranceX.com! I love to use the body wash, followed by the body lotion and finishing off with the parfum! The gift set is the best value for your buck! You will love this product if you purchase it! The only con is the scent doesn't last long enough for my liking...even with layering the lotion and the parfum....I wish Roots would make a powder in this scent!!! Love FrangranceX and tell all my friends and family about it. Was at the Orthodontist w/my son a couple months ago & one of the staff there wanted to know what perfume I was wearing and where I got it. I told her fragrancex.com...she was going to buy it that day!

Very clean and fresh smelling
I've been wearing this fragrance since 2004, when I first purchased it at the Minneapolis airport. I can't tell you how many compliments I get on this, now most of my friends wear this. It is hard to find, this is the only website I've found that carries it. It's AWESOME!!!!

I went to high school with a girl who wore this perfume. 4 years later i ran into her and remembered to ask her where she got it. She gave me the name of the company in Canada who made it. Except when i searched the website i couldn't find it. A friend of mine told me about F.X. and that i should try to find it. Sure enough i did. Not only was i seriously happy that i would finally be owning the perfume i'd always wanted but i also got it at a great price. [...] i will seriously be re-ordering from this fragrance X again. I love this scent so much! I just wish it would last longer, or maybe I just get used to it and can't smell it after awhile? I also wish you could buy it in the U.S. besides Epcot at Disney World and on-line. But I still love it! Kind of piney/spicey

Great for daily wear
I have used this fragrance before when purchased in Canada [...] I was so pleased to be able to buy it online [...] I wouldn't use this as an evening fragrance as it is too light, but great for everyday use. It smells clean and fresh at first with an orangey top note then settling to a warmer powdery note as it wears. Suits any age.The price was fantastic [...] This site has many other (& expensive)fragrances I use, all at good prices, so I will be back again once my others run out!

I use this perfume everyday. Everytime I wear it, I get great compliments. This is the best perfume I've every used and I would recommend this for all my family and friends, But I don't want them smelling as good as I do.

Nice, but Roots is better
I had been looking for a cedar-ey woodsy kind of scent that was clean smelling. I like how Light Blue smells on other people, but it doesn't work well with my skin. I tried this on in the store and wore it for a day. I really liked it at the time and found that it lasted well. It had some slightly fruity notes at the beginning and dried down to quite a strongly cedar smell. Since buying it, I have found that it is nice, but comes on too strong at first. I like the smell after a few hours, but I think for a work environment, it is a little too strong at the beginning and could bother those nearby who are sensitive to scents.
