Reminds me of another favorite fragrance!
I'd been considering this particular fragrance for a while. I'd read lots of reviews, visited the Fragrantica website to learn more about the notes and then finally added it to my cart. When it arrived along with several other perfumes I'd ordered, I was excited to sample it and add to my collection. The bottle is bigger than I'd expected; it's tall and solid and looks very nice. I sprayed it first into the box (I do that with all my perfumes -- no body spritzes till I know what it's like so I don't get a headache) and I immediately thought, "Hmm! Very nice and VERY familiar". A few days later, I selected it for my FOTD and enjoyed letting it bloom on my skin. It's a soft, inoffensive and warm scent. All that said, it doesn't tell you, the reader, very much. Right? So, I have tried to find another perfume that it is similar to (IMO) and I've found it: it's another lovely fragrance called Bronze by Ellen Tracy. I own it and really enjoy it. Both are easy to wear to work and so far, both have garnered me many compliments. I have no idea what the other 5th Avenue scents smell like but can only assume that they are equally as lovely. If you're looking for a soft, powdery, slightly warm amber/spice scent -- this one might be a nice choice. It's price is very reasonable for the amount you get and even if you didn't like it, I am confident you could gift it to someone who will love it, as do I.
