Ferrari Essence Oud Cologne by Ferrari, Masculine and outdoorsy, Ferrari Essence Oud Cologne appeals to a man who feels at home in the wild. A scent that is both earthy and natural, the fragrance evokes the mystery of the forest. The top notes of the scent combine the classic aroma of rose with tangy-sweet elemi and musky oud. The heart notes include the sweet, fruity scent of olibanum with spicy cumin and smoky oud wood. Rounding out the complex fragrance are rich Cistus labdanum and sensual animalic and leather notes. In 1999, the luxury sports-car brand Ferrari launched its first line of perfume, Ferrari Black. Ferrari Essence Oud, created by Nathalie Feisthauer, was launched in 2011. The oud oil that provides the foundation of this scent is extracted from the resin-saturated wood of the agar tree found in Southeast Asia. Oud oil is sometimes referred to as “liquid gold” because of its rarity and the difficulty of harvesting it. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

Hey, everyone. Nicole here, and today I'll be reviewing Essence Oud by Ferrari. Ferrari has a really excellent collection of men's fragrances, and their Oud is no exception to that rule. Unusually, oud is the top note of the fragrance, and it dominates the scent over heart notes of rose, saffron, resin, frankincense, and caraway, and base notes of labdanum and leather. I'd recommend it for fall and winter night wear in particular. Well, that's all for today. I hope you enjoyed this review. STRONG ROSE OUD!!!

If you like rose oud combos this is a good one not my style but for the price you get something very good and powerful.

Ferrari Essence Oud: A Hidden Gem!

Ferrari Essence Oud is quite the hidden gem. This is reminiscent of YSL M7 Oud Absolu combined with MAC Heroine but actually smoother than both. It is a strong smokey leather kind of scent with more than a touch of bitter balsamic tinge. I would recommend it to those that would appreciate perfume that is strong and masculine. You will tend to get olfactory fatigue with this one. You may think you can't smell this after an hour but mind you people in your vicinity will. For me two sprays on the chest an hour before I leave the house is more than plenty...

Highly recommend

Great scent you get the Rose but it's not overwhelming or feminine at all together with the wood and leather . Long lasting 6hrs +( 3 sprays) good sillage not bad at all worth a try it's probably one of the safest oud out there
