Fred Hayman launched his first fragrance in 1981 from his small boutique on Rodeo Drive in California. The scent received so much fanfare that the designed merged with the company Victory International to create a line of luxurious fragrances for both men and women. In 1990, the perfumer launched 273 for men. The subtle fragrance is great for many occasions, but the soft sillage and longevity make this scent ideal for casual wear. Old school fougere
Smells of summertime, of green plants and blossoming gardens. Not floral but fougere, fern like. Good for daytime. Does not last long but that is ok as I would prefer something else in the evening.

Bought back some Nostalgia
This is a fragrance that I used when it first came out. I didn't like it much back then, but my wife did. I purchased it again for old times sake. Now I enjoy the smell and find it a nice fragrance for after my showers.
