Gap 1969 Electric Cologne by Gap, Created in partnership with perfumer David Apel and released in 2013, Gap 1969 Electric is a refreshing and aquatic-tinged fragrance for men.
Its essence of salty sea breezes evokes the electrifying feeling of standing at the edge of the ocean, even if the sand and surf are currently a distant dream. The top notes contain an invigorating and uplifting blend that includes the marine notes of sea water, citrusy bergamot and green-tinged cassis. Hot and bright
black pepper, the woody green floral of petitgrain and linden blossom form the heart of the scent. The cologne enjoys a decidedly masculine finish thanks to base notes of sweet and dark patchouli, hints of smoke from vetiver, woodsy cedar and leathery-nuanced clary sage.

Mature, and Surprisingly Sensual
Once the bright bergamot/lime opening starts to fade, only a few minutes, it reminds me of 2 fragrances: HM Hanae Mori, and Xeryus Rouge, only the drydown is better than either of those. Overall, a nice cheapie suitable for evening wear. Quite mature for something from Gap.
