I have two bottles of Gendarme that must be 25 years old.....barely used....still good...used it again....it's nothing special in my view...clean fragrance....could be an everyday juice......more casual than formal...not sure if they still make it

This is my Favorite. Im a woman and i wear this cologne.
This is my all time favorite scent! I get a lot of compliments on this scent especially at a club or anywhere I go. I highly recommend it for men and even women. I am a woman by the way. Its a very sensual smell. Captivating! I can't get enough!

Old times remembered
I used this fragrance years ago, but living in the UK it's not one that I saw regularly. what a bonus to find it on FragranceX, but then again why am I surprised? Fresh smell, classic style, fits my own skin scent well, but it's not so long lasting and the top notes do fade quickly. Having said that, it still reminds me of good times.

Fell in love with the fragrance many years ago. It is unisex. Hard to find. They made a oil that was wonderful but cannot find it anymore so turned to the lotion.

Hearing that all the movie stars wear this cologne, I was eager to buy as a present for my husband. We both are not crazy about it. Too light. Too fruity. Not masculine enough.

2nd Generation is Weaker, but still a Gr
I've been a fan of this cologne since day one. If you haven't tried it, you won't be disappointed. But it seems to blend with your natural body odor, so for some it may clash a little, for others, like me, it's a perfect fit. It is made to not be loud, but to linger as a fresh and clean scent up close. Very classy. One caution though, this latest batch seems to be even weaker than the original, in my opinion. With its popularity, they are gambling with watering it down a bit. Same thing happened once with Old Spice, as it grew in popularity years ago. But Gendarme is still a great scent!

Bad item, I may have bought a fake one.
I was so impressed with my purchases here at FragranceX. The notes and scents of my past purchases were described exactly based on my research reviews & perfumes information. I do blind buys & all my purchases here were success & authentic. But this streak was cut when my order Gendarme from this site arrived. The box was not sealed. The bottom & all areas in the bottle does not have any serial number or any writing. The burst of spray is too short just like the fake perfumes in the market. The scent smells too light, watery and not even enough oil mark on my skin unlike all my authentic perfumes. The scent lasts two hours on my skin then it's gone. It is truly a sad experience to get hold of a fake Gendarme from this store where I was hoping for consistent quality control & genuine perfumes selling. This is my first bad item received from online shopping. I don't know if this store can resolve this matter.

Great Cologne
I like the attention (Positive) which I get when I wear it. My latest experience happened at the tailhook convention 2011 in Reno. My brother kept smelling this wonderful aroma and finally came to the conclusion it must be me . He humbled himself by asking what i was wearing and after hearing the name he immediately ordered it.

Bought for my husband, but I wear too!
This is a fresh soapy clean everyday scent that both my husband and I wear. It is one of several fragrances that each of us wears and we make sure to never run out of it. We often get compliments from other people when one of us is wearing it. This is an especially great light fragrance to wear when just hanging out at home. We've been buying/wearing it for years and love it!

U get what U Pay for with Gendarme
I use the product every day and it smell good when you first apply but after a few hours the scent doesn,t last it is not at all close to Creed as far as long lasting scent or best for your money.
