Its growing on me.
The opening was strong but not too strong. I could smell the bitter and sourness from the citrus then as it dries down you get this subtle sweet scent which continues to develop. It doesn't get too sweet and then it mixes with this woody scent. It lasted around 12hrs when sprayed at in the evening with limited levels of physical activity.

Great but weak
This is a great, fresh smelling cologne. It doesn't last long at all, and the power is light. I feel like you could use 5+ sprays, and not overpower anyone. I wish it was stronger, and lasted longer. At that price tho, you can use a lot of sprays per use, as its only about $15 for 4oz. So go for it, price can't be beat! Great cologne! Will buy aftershave to add to this.

If You like fresh classic style fragrances that were made at least few decades ago you'll like this one too. It's a fresh version of classic 1st version of Flanel. If the first version is too heavy for you so you'll better try this one. And yes they're smell quite different. By the way After-shave balsam has a great quality!

I've worn many different fragrances at different times, including Jovan Musk, Nautica, Polo Green, and Kouros. This one is definitely my favorite, for many reasons... First off, not many people are wearing it, which makes it more unique and individual. Ladies tend to remember me when they smell this... And I have been told by MANY women that the first thing they noticed and the most memorable thing is this scent. Its definitely not AXE or Curve or or something everyone else walks around smelling like. It is my personal signature scent, and it is my every day go-to. My only qualm is that it truly does not last very long at all, so re-application is necessary. But given the price, is it really so bad? I keep a small sampler bottle in my car, and my 4 oz spray at home... I need to buy another bottle since my girlfriend stole my last one :-)

This version of Flannel is woodsy, fresh and wearable for everyday usage. I love this scent. This is a very fresh scent, yet has a woodsy kick that makes it good for evening or day wear. Lasts along time as well. Eau De Grey Flannel is one of my favourites.
