Throughout his prestigious career, Gianfranco Ferre designed numerous exquisite fashions, and later in his career, he got into the perfumery industry. He started his own company in 1974, and his first collection for women came out in 1978. A men’s collection would later come out in 1982. Thanks to his immense talent, he earned the nickname of “The Architect of Fashion.” Ferre earned numerous accolades throughout his career, including the Occhio d’Oro fashion award six times. His brand house started getting into fragrance-making in 1984 with the launch of a self-titled perfume. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

Gianfranco Ferre Genny Noir
Gianfranco Ferre may have created this basing on the scent profiles of Aramis 900 or Aromatics Elixir with a bit of EL Knowing in the 70's or 80's. This is a very good chypre. Masculine, too. I got this based on my research on oldies but goodies fragrances. This is not a well known edp which is good for me to wear to be unique. Price is excellent for a 100ml bottle. Will get a back up.

Gianfranco Ferre Genny Noir
This is a wonderful surprise. A chypre with an unknown year of creation. Perhaps this was created in the 70's or 80's. This is like Clinique's Aromatics Elixir with Lauder's Knowing and a bit of Animale. The three are great chypres from the 1900's. GF Genny Noir is a superb fragrance in league with the other three. In the 2000's l like to wear all of these as a man. They are unique and even more masculine than the modern sweet colognes for men nowadays. I am so happy to discover this recently. I need to reorder a back up 100ml bottle.
