Strange smell
I used to wear Hugo Dark Blue quite regularly but this is not the smell I remember. There is a definite peppery smell which makes me think there is something wrong with the item I purchased. This strange smell doesn't last long though as you can't smell anything after approx 1 hour when the cologne completely disappears.
