Silvano Gerani and Giuliana Marchini, a husband and wife team, started Iceberg in 1962. The headquarters is located San Giovanni, Italy. What began as a knitwear business soon expanded to include menswear in 1972 and womenswear in 1976. A fragrance department was added in 1989.
