A fantastic find
This fragrance is phenomenal. I detect some qualities of Bogart pour Homme, however this has a slight chocolatey gourmand touch, but doesn't stray too far into that category because the other notes help to smooth it over, such as the woodiness and touch of leather in the back. It is very well blended and if I were to blind smell this, I would never guess it's as inexpensive as it was. I can imagine people paying a lot for this if it were to ever be discontinued. I highly recommend if you like warm soft spicy woody scents, get it if you can!

No, I wouldn't buy it again
I buyed it around two weeks ago, this is the worst cologne i buyed it ever, it don't have any projection and longivity, the smell not bad but the performance is very very very bad, it don't project from the first spray, and don't last ever!!!

Cinnamon and Spices
City Tower reminds me of the experience of walking into a Moroccan Souk with all the different spices for sale. I get primarily cinnamon and maybe some clove and cumin mixed with some sweet possibly floral notes, there also seems to be a little bit of Oud hiding in the background. City Tower reminds me a little of 1 million. All in all a good secnt and a great value.

Bogart City Tower is a great scent.Kinda smells like Blvgari black.Its smells like rubber and vanilla smoothed out with leather,very unique.I think it's great.Just wish it projected louder.longevity is 8 hours.

Bogart City Tower smells really good and unique too.It kinda smells like blvgari black.It has this rubbery vanilla scent that makes this scent unique.I wear this to work or evenings out.Projection is not making a statement it's moderate,just wish it projected louder.longevity is about 8 hours.
