Jil Sander began her fashion line with small means and big dreams. Starting with just her mother’s sewing machine, she began work on her clothing in 1968 in Hamburg, Germany. Her hard work and diligence paid off, and in 1973, she released her first line of clothing under own name. Prada bought a 75 percent stake in her company in 1999, and from that point, Sander would periodically work for her former company. All products are original, authentic name brands. Smell doesn't last as before when I first started using Jill Saunders. But I still love the smell..I think it possibly needs layering with powder, body wash, and lotion.

Now that TV his perfume is back in the American market I wear it daily. I have been wearing this scent for 20 years and have not tried of it. I just love it. Do glad I can get it such a reasonable price.

Rare Find
I use Jil Sander #4 perfume when I go out for the evening. It lasts, though it is not overpowering. Also, I lightly spray my drawer of underwear items with this fragrance for an extra lasting hint of my favorite scent. It comes in an attractive bottle, simple but classy. Often hard to find, almost impossible for a time, and has become a major expenditure that is worth the cost.

Wife's favorite perfume
It's been a long time since we've been able to purchase Jil #4. Finally got an email product was in stock. Jumped on it right away. I've been tracking this product for availability for some time. The most recent purchase is for my wife on her upcoming birthday. Haven't opened yet. But I'm sure she won't be disappointed. In fact the last time I was able to purchase Jil #4 the new cost reflects an increase of more then $30.00 for the 3.4oz size. Wife is worth it though. Happy hunting guys.

This one is a Keeper
This is a very hard fragrance to get. Fragrance X only get a couple of bottles at a time. I've asked to notified when it comes in. I missed the first time they emailed notication. Thank God I was able to get it this time around. I love this scent. It was worth waiting for.

My signature fragrance
I have loved Jil Sander No. 4 forever. It's one of the few fragrances that isn't too sweet on me, and I receive compliments every time I wear it. I wish it were more readily available, as the prices are steep now.

The best perfume in the world!!!!!
I love this perfume and have been wearing it for years. It is not usually available in the USA and I have gone outside the country to purchase. Everytime I fly internationaly I but it in the duty free shops.

HARDEST TO FIND/most favorite scent!
I thought they quit making it, I have been rationing my little bit left in my bottle for 5 years.. have been on the wait list that long, had really given up.. was SO SURPRISED when I was notified it was available, I ordered it RIGHT THEN just in case it would go out of stock again!!!! my signature most favorite scent!!

This is my favorite perfume ever! I haven't found anything like it and nothing gets people's attention like it.I have been wearing it for ten years and have always been on the lookout for it... The next similar fragrance to Jil #4 is Beautiful by Estee Lauder but it comes a very distant second as it doesn't last quite as long and doesn't smell as expensive.

Jill Sanders #4 is the only fragrance I have worn since 1990. It was originally available in department stores, but now you have to buy it in Europe or on-line. Happy hunting!
