Ms. Mecheri founded her self-named fragrance business with her husband Kamel in 1997, originally focusing on scented candles and home fragrances. The company shifted its full focus to perfumes and opened a boutique on Sunset Boulevard and has been producing perfumes and colognes inspired by Keiko’s birthplace of Atami, Japan.
