As close to perfect as I've got from a "fresh" scent
The top notes on this are so nice, nuanced and well-defined, very modern and unexpected, I get more of a lime feeling than grapefruit, this with the mango and coriander is so interesting and complex, it feels almost like rediscovering this scent every time I reapply. Unfortunately, after this cools down I get very little projection and I go noseblind to it almost immediately - but it seems to have longevity, as others will comment on it 4-5 hrs. later, even when it's totally faded for me. I've heard other reviewers mention its longevity too - its just a shame my nose loses it right away, but its nice to know it's "still there". I think the name is a bit of a misnomer too - I wouldn't call this an especially "night" scent - if anything this is much more of a "fresh" scent than Kenzo Homme Fraiche - very good for anytime or daily use, and great for summer. Unique, idiosyncratic, good for lots of compliments, its a head-turner for being so far removed from conventional masculine scents. Even when it disappears for me, its a strong A- and a real crowd pleaser, it would be perfect with more projection and a little more personal staying power.
