Seville A L'aube Perfume by L'artisan Parfumeur, Seville A L'aube was released in 2012 and opens with top notes of lavender, petit grain, and aldehydes. At its heart, this floral scent contains jasmine, siam, benzoin, orange blossom, white blossoms, and beeswax. The fragrance closes with a base of rose, amber, frankincense, and resin, and the perfume was crafted by perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour.

The origins of L’artisan Parfumeur date back to the 1970s, but the brand has grown to receive international recognition since then. A high demand exists for the company’s fragrances to be available in perfume shops, but the perfume house believes that a good reputation far exceeds the effects of any advertising campaign and because of this, they distribute exclusively. The company has created innovations in perfumery such as the first fig fragrance, which contains the scent of every part of the tree: leaves, branches, and fruit. The designer’s collections span almost 50 years, and the house continues to be one of the most innovative in the industry. All products are original, authentic name brands. Hey, everyone. Rachel here. And today, I'm reviewing Seville A L'aube by L'artisan Parfumeur. This fragrance was directly inspired by a story an author told to the scent's composer, Bertrand Duchaufour, about a night she had with a lover during Holy Week in the Spanish city of Seville. Orange blossoms, honey, and petit grain dominate the scent, supported by a top note of olive blossom, floral heart notes, and base notes of tobacco, benzoin, and frankincense. Glad to find this

I was very happy to find this fragrance on here since it was discontinued on the L'Artisan site and for a very nice price. This is a gorgeous orange blossom on a base of honeyed lavender and incense. It reminds me of my time in France, where I made my original purchase. It's a spicy floral but the lavender note keeps it on the clean side. Can be slightly strong upon first applying (orange blossom notes tend to be like that) so give yourself time for it to settle down.
