L'occitane Neroli & Orchidee Perfume by L'occitane, L'occitane Neroli & Orchidee is part of La Collection de Grasse, a line of perfumes inspired by the Mediterranean city of Grasse. Grasse is known for its thriving fragrance industry and is even considered the perfume capital of the world. Like other scents in this collection, Neroli & Orchidee combines Mediterranean ingredients with notes from other areas of the world. This fragrance in particular brings together orchid from Madagascar and neroli from the Mediterranean. Other notes in this 2014 fragrance include orange, mandarin, peach, fig nectar, lily-of-the-valley, musk and iris.



Olivier Baussan founded French cosmetics company L'Occitane en Provence when he was just 23 years old. The first word of the brand’s name translates to "the woman from Occitania." Occitania is a region in Southern Europe where residents traditionally spoke Occitan. The company began with a boutique in Provence before expanding internationally.
