Lolita Lempicka Au Masculin Intense Cologne by Lolita Lempicka, Lolita Lempicka Au Masculin Intense is a cologne in the oriental woody category of fragrance. Launched in 2000, the fragrance is just one part of the Au Masculin collection. Playing on mystery, this fragrance plays with the combination of soft spices, balsamic florals, and a powdery finish. The scent opens with fresh bergamot and spicy star anise, then transitions to the heart of vetiver and oud essences. The composition gets a subtle finish of iris and myrrh extract.

The brand name Lolita Lempicka is actually a pseudonym. French designer Josiane Maryse Pivida chose the brand name from two of her inspirations in life. The first name is from author Vladimir Nabokov's literary character Lolita, and the second name is inspired by the European Art Deco artist Tamara de Lempicka.

Originally a fashion house inspired by fantasy and romance, the brand started creating and marketing their own fragrances in 1997 with a signature women’s perfume. In 2000, the brand started to also launch men’s colognes.

Hey everyone, Justin here. And today I'll be reviewing Lolita Lempicka Au Masculin Eau de Parfum Intense by Lolita Lempicka. This men's fragrance was launched in as a version of the original 2000 scent Au Masculin. I really like the powdery iris base note in this one, as well as the top note of star anise. Other notes include bergamot, myrrh, oud, and vetiver. I recommend this highly as a scent for fall, winter, and spring. Especially for night wear. OK guys, that is all for now. Fashionable fragrance.

Beautiful notes listed: bergamot star anise vetiver oud myrrh and iris. "Creamy" fruit moderate licorice fresh leafs and deep rich base is my impression. A joy to wear.
