Thought I'd never get my hands on a bottle
Really nice, thought I had lost the chance to buy this forever. Can fully packaged with box. Colour has taken on a darker colour due to vanilla and this being an old formulation. But I like that!!

My Favourite Scent
This is my all-time favourite scent. It totally encapsulates the meaning of its name. Unfortunately, it's been discontinued by the manufacturer, but I was able to get some testers on this site. I now have five bottles which should hopefully last me for the rest of my life. Never want to be without it!

I would repurchase this if i could
I was lucky enough to snag the last bottle of this discontinued fragrance. It's a beautiful woody vanilla. A very comforting smell that reminds me of old books and the promise of adventure contained between the pages that can be experienced from the comfort of home.

Love it
I smell like an expensive old book. Like one of those expensive sought after first editions. I smell this and close my eyes and fay dream about drinking amaretto whisky sours in a quite corner somewhere, and flipping through pages of an old book in my cozy cardigan. Starts booxy then sweet and leathery, then there moments of powdery vanilla and some leather lingering the next day.

I love this fragrance!
Whispers in the Library is a unisex fragrance that smells woody but also warm with some sweetness from the vanilla. I especially love wearing this during fall and winter. It's a cozy scent to me. It doesn't have great lasting power on me but even most EDP's I have to reapply usually. And I don't mind reapplying to be honest. (Travel perfume bottles from Amazon are great to decant some into a smaller perfume spray bottle - I buy the ones with a cap on them) that way you can keep a travel size in your purse/bag etc. It's a beautiful scent!!

I love Whispers in the Library! It opens very woody but dries down to a sweet warm woody vanilla on my skin. It does have an old book vibe as it smells very woody and a little powdery, but it doesn't smell musty like an old book would. What I love the most about this fragrance is how easy it is to layer with other fragrances- it is a unique fragrance but it is simple. I love layering with Versace Crystal Noir & This is Her by Zadig & Voltaire. It smells very good on its own too. :)
