Trudon Revolution Cologne by Maison Trudon, Trudon Revolution is a complex, artistic perfume introduced in 2017 by nose Lyn Harris. It takes its inspiration from the French Revolution, capturing the emotions, scents, and sounds of the cobblestone streets of Paris during the heat of the conflict. It opens with top notes of angelica and elemi resin. This blends into a heart featuring middle notes of cedar, papyrus, and patchouli. The base notes lend a smoky touch to the dry down with incense, labdanum, juniper, and opoponax. The origins of Maison Trudon go all the way back to 1643 when candlemaker Claude Trudon set up shop in Paris. His exquisite candles soon became all the rage for use in churches and at court.
