Fraiche Passiflore Perfume by Maitre Parfumeur Et Gantier, Fraiche Passiflore is a women’s floral fruity perfume with fruity, sweet, and tropical main accords. Peach and raspberry top notes begin this fragrance, with passion fruit, jasmine, paprika, and passion flower notes in the middle. Musk and sandalwood notes form the base. Released in 1988, this fragrance was one of the original scents created by perfumer and founder Jean-Francois Laporte. Appropriate for spring and summer day wear, this scent has sillage ranging from moderate to heavy and variable longevity between moderate and very long lasting.



Perfumer Jean-Francois Laporte founded Maitre Parfumeur et Gantier in 1988 as a niche perfume house. Prior to this, he founded Sisley and his first mass market alternative, L’Artisan Parfumeur. Laporte was inspired by 17th century French perfumery traditions, scented gloves, opera, travels, and baroque aesthetics. The brand was purchased by one of Laporte’s protégés, Jean-Paul Millet Page, in 1997. Millet Page also became its master perfumer, remaining in the company’s leadership positions until 2014, when the brand was purchased by Taraka Tradition et Parfums, a fragrance distributor in Saudi Arabia.
