Max Mara Silk Touch Perfume by Maxmara, Max Mara Silk Touch is a fruity and floral aroma launched in 2007. This contemporary perfume expertly pairs fresh musky accords with yellow florals to form a flirtatious and energetic experience. The opening notes are barberry and cherry blossom. These tones blend seamlessly into the floral heart of silkwood blossom and jasmine. The fragrance closes with musk and cedar wood. Daphne Bugey is the perfumer behind this scent.

Max Mara was launched in 1951 by Achille Maramotti. This Italian fashion house was established by Maramotti after he chose to leave his career in law to pursue haute couture. His great-grandmother was fashion designer Marina Rinaldi, and he proved that fashion success ran in the family. Rather than focusing on designing hand-tailored women’s fashion, he focused on producing manufactured goods with impeccable quality. This business tactic proved highly effective.

The company thrived throughout the second half of the 20th century. It expanded to London in the 1960s and now has over 2,000 stores around the world. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

atomizer broke within two days

the bottle can barely stand up on its own because of a stupid shape and one gentle fall and the atomizer got detached. useless

Signing for Delivery

The courier in Australia required a signature which is not mentioned when ordering, and he rang after noone home. V hard to meet up with courier to get parcel as Depot in next city. Any chance of collecting from local post office?

Sweet, Soft and Sexy

I bought this fragrance without trying it. I read reviews and most were positive. This is definitely a spring/summer scent. The wear down is very soft and sexy. My only beef is that I had to reapply during the day. Value wise, it is worth the purchase.
