Wonderlust Sensual Essence Perfume by Michael Kors, Launched in 2017, Wonderlust Sensual Essence is one of the newest, brightest releases from the Michael Kors brand.
This perfume has a distinctly oriental scent, which is achieved through the use of top notes such as peony, sour cherry, pink pepper and pear. These sweet scents are met with core notes of jasmine and orange blossom, which provide a nice white floral layer. Finally, base notes of cashmere wood, amber and suede lay down an earthy
yet smooth and aromatic foundation that balances out the sweeter notes.
Michael Kors is known around the globe as a top producer of fashion items and accessories. The company was founded in 1981, but by then the designer – Michael Kors himself – had been developing clothes for 3 years, and had the experience needed to break new ground with his creations. The brand began with the production of women’s fashion goods and accessories and expanded to include menswear in 2002. The company’s first fragrance, created in conjunction with designer Estee Lauder, was launched shortly before, in 2001.

Wonderlust Sensual Essence
by Michael Kors.
This entry into the
Wonderlust collection
is sexier, with its bottle and
packaging evoking a sunset.
The scent itself
opens with notes
of sour cherry, pink
pepper, peony, and pear,
leading into a strong
heart note of jasmine
supported by orange blossom
and base notes of amber, suede,
and cashmere wood.
I recommend it for
fall and winter wear.
And I recommend
applying it lightly
as it can be pretty heavy.
