I would not buy this again.
I did not like this. I bought it thinking it would be very nice like Moulinard fragrances tend to be. This one has a musty smell that destroys the essence of violet.

This is absolutely gorgeous. If you love violets this is a must have. It smells like delicate violets with a base that is addictive, almost nutty or slightly woodsy. It is expertly blended. Contrary to what the other reviewer said, there is no tobacco smell whatsoever. Its lovely and I will buy more!

I Hate It!
I absolutely hate this perfume and will never buy it again! It is overpowering, with an awful under-scent of tobacco. It isn't the light floral flowery scent of violets that I was looking for at all.
