Oops! I'm changing my review
I have to change my previous review titled, "My New Love Affair". When you first spray this on your skin, the fragrance is very heavy. I have received compliments, but I hadn't been wearing it long. Now, I'm receiving more negative remarks, even when I spray one or two times on my skin. I still love the unique scent. However, this does NOT last. You have to keep reapplying and for the price, in my opinion, it's a very poor value. Spend your money on another reputable brand that has staying power. I realize Montale is trying to come into the U.S. market, but they are going to have to lower their prices on their fragrances if they want to make it here. The quality is NOT worth it.

My New Live Affair
I'm hooked. I really took a gamble with this blind buy. It is expensive and I feel like a million dollars wearing it. The first day I wore it, I was stopped 3 times and asked what I'm wearing and told they've never smelled anything like it. Montale is a brand beginning to build a reputation in th U.S. Based on that and description of Agar Wood Oud and Saffron, I wanted to try it. Many will not care for this because it's very deep and dark with a VERY heavy sillage. Only a confident person can rock this scent. Buy the smaller bottle to try and use one or two sprays. You can always return it with the FragranceX return policy if you hate it. I wasn't too sure when I first put it on, but wearing it a day or two will have you loving it. I love everything about it from the bag it came in, aluminum bottle, safety pull clasp with charm, and this very unique scent. I dare to be different and I find myself being drawn to heavier and unique scents lately so this will always be part of my collection right next to my YSL Opium. I'm looking forward to purchasing another scent from Montale. I think I will try a pricier one since the cheaper was so good. I love FragranceX.

Do you love the scent of saffron? Then buy this-immediately!
Knew the first time I smelled this I would have to have it! Not a huge oud fan, but nicely used here. It's really about the saffron; earthy, penetrating, and sensual. If you are a fan spicy oriental frags, BUY THIS NOW! You won't regret it.
