For Context: During the winter I lean toward boozy, spicy, vanilla, incents, woody, and leather notes; think Bently Intense or Mercedez Benz, Club Black. That said if you like this kind of profile you will enjoy this cologne and it is worth a blind buy. Vanilla is at the heart note, supported by some spice and a soft boozy smell with wood coming in the late part of the dry down. It is truly enjoyable from the opening through the close. I truly enjoy this fragrance. It is attention grabbing yet still understated, and it does draw people, men, and women in. Projection: About 2 feet for the first hour, and about a foot or so for another hour and change. After about 2 to 3 hours it sits closer to the skin but you will still catch it in the air if you're moving around. Longevity: I sprayed this on my hand between 11 pm and 12 am and woke around 6:30 am and the fragrance was immediately noticeable about 6 inches away from the skin. I would suggest that this is a true hidden gem, and for the price point, you can not beat it. Best for colder weather can be dressed up or down.
