Halfeti Perfume by Penhaligon's, Launched in 2015, Halfeti is inspired by the most luxurious scents found in Turkey. The perfume is mysterious and dark, sparking a sensual mood. Dazzling bergamot and grapefruit begin the aromatic adventure, their bright, juicy scents making your mouth water. Saffron, cardamom, and cypress needles complement the fruits with a green spice. The heart notes are floral, with Bulgarian rose, and jasmine lending their strong aromas. Leather, sandalwood, and precious oud give the perfume its dark drama, both leafy and warm. This is a scent to take your breath away.

William Henry Penhaligon founded the Penhaligon’s perfume house in 1860s London. He began his career as a barber and, as was typical of the time, developed his own line of products. He eventually became Queen Victoria’s Court Barber and Perfumer. The company’s first scent, Hammam Bouquet, was introduced in 1872. Dozens of fragrances for men and women are now offered by the brand. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

Hey everyone, Rachel here. And today I'll be reviewing Penhaligon's Halfeti fragrance inspired by Turkish spices, leather, and a specific kind of Turkish black rose from the village lending the scent its name. It opens for me with a very smoky, woody accord that comes from notes of cypress, oud, cedar, and cardamom. Artemesia also appears lending into middle notes of jasmine, rose, and nutmeg. Strong base notes including leather, sandalwood, and others make this scent perfect for fall and winter. Well, that's all for today. I hope you enjoyed this review.
