Lp No. 9 Perfume by Penhaligon's, Lp No. 9 was released by Penhaligon’s in 1998. The perfume is a nod to the song “Love Potion No. 9” by the Clovers, and its floral, feminine fragrance is sure to capture the heart of anyone who catches a hint of it in the air. It opens with Amalfi lemon, geranium and lavender before revealing middle notes of rose, jasmine and carnation. Base notes of patchouli, amber, vanilla, Virginia cedar, cinnamon and musk add sensuality to this otherwise flowery perfume. It was created by perfumer Christian Provenzano and arrives in a pink bottle that’s labeled with a heart and sealed with a black ribbon.

Penhaligon’s was founded in 1870 by William Penhaligon. It started as a barbershop, but in 1872, released its first scent. In the 1970s, the company saw revitalization, expanding into floral women’s fragrances. There are now 75 perfumes and colognes under the brand, many of which have accompanying bath and body products.
