Lovely Surprise of a Fragrance
I purchased this blind based on reviews on other sites and the great price on FragranceX. The beautiful quince rose water scent lasts a good 8 hours on my skin. When I initially sprayed I got some on my top where the cardamom, saffron and carrot seed clung to the material and took over all the soft, fruit and floral notes. At the time I thought it was reminiscent of curry powder and thought to myself I'd made a mistake in buying this but after a few hours I started getting the rose water wafts. So, I would definitely recommend using on skin only and let it dry before getting fabric anywhere near it while it's freshly sprayed and wet. It's now a day later and I've smelt my top again and it has developed into a lovely fuller version of how the fragrance smells on my skin. It is a beautiful fragrance and I definitely recommend it just be aware if spraying it near fabric. The price from FragranceX is great and also delivery was surprisingly fast and fuss free to the U.K.

Great floral for non floral lovers
Great everyday fragrance, has a mouth watering quince accord, on top of the rose, fades down to a pleasant musk. I tried a sample of this before I bought it and fell in love. I am not a huge floral lover but this suits me as it is not overpowering rose.

Rich, spicy, classy
This is a good scent for the onset of autumn and winter, as it is warm, soft, and contains elements of summer. I use it for social and spiritual gatherings. It is good quality and has its own character. The only negative point is that Penhaligons preserve the scent in a lot of alcohol, which first needs to evaporate before you can really appreciate the scent. It takes a few hours for it to settle, but it lasts long.
