One of the best unisex vanilla fragrances around.
A boozy vanilla with a hint of powder. Don't be scared of the Oud. I don't smell it at all. Very much like real, high quality cooking vanilla. Like a very high quality vanilla ice cream. Smells close to Geurlain's Spirituesse Double Vanille and Mercedes Club Black but not as masculine as the latter. My ex girlfriend loved this stuff as well and wore it often. Unfortunately, it's discontinued so if you're interested I'd hurry. My last purchase was a backup bottle. I just want this one in my life for good.

Amazing scent
This is truly a beautiful scent. Boozy vanilla all the way. It's not a loud perfume, but definitely noticeable to those close to you. Perfect for a date night. Mostly I smell vanilla and rum, but with a hint of the white tobacco, which gives the overall scent sort of a flowery aroma. It's delicious. One of my favourites.

My favorite perfume
My husband is very sensitive to smells and some fragrances even give him migraines. As this is quite a strong fragrance on me I tend to spray a bit on my fingers and then distribute it on pulse points. At night I may spray some more if going out. Would probably wear more heavily if not around my husband, like going somewhere with my daughter.

VERY NICE FRAGRANCE
Real good for the cooler weather, I really like this fragrance. The rum mixed with the vanilla is a semi sweet manly combo.

Lovely black vanilla!
this gem is a little sister to Guerlain Spiriteuese Double Vanilla. Soft, mild and wonderful. On me I can smell this scent 4-5 hours. You have to be a vanilla-fan to fall for this one, absolute worth trying!

Good? Yep. Overhyped? Yep.
Rumy sweetness, oud and vanilla. A very good entry level oud at that, but definitely subtle, as others have said. It's romantic, sweet and smooth - well blended and nothing daring or offensive. The problem is the projection - it settles down very quickly and barely becomes noticeable from a foot after an hour. It's unfortunate, to be sure, but at least the sillage is decent - and that's exactly what you need from an elegant evening fragrance. Overall, there's nothing like this in the mainstream designer game so at least you'll smell different from everyone else (and opulent).

Isn't worth it!
Fragrance doesn't grab you and is too subtle. After spraying it on after 15 minutes you really don't smell it.

Deep and warm
It's a great fragrance. Oud is not overpowering but helps to hold the sweet and warm vanilla in a good balance. I absolutely love it, but it does not hold very long, only up to 5 hours. As it's not at all pricy, I always take a small amount with me and simply spray again...and again..

As usual with Fragrance X, I received my fragrance within 3 business days. I blind bought it based on E Simply Put Scent's review. Here are my thoughts on BVA. I did not love it at first sniff, but the smell of it grew on me over a period of time. When I heard E saying it being a boozy fragrance I was thinking of it in the lines of JAZZ CLUB, but it is not. BVA is a Nic cross between Dior Homme Intense and Midnight in Paris.
