Police Icon Cologne by Police Colognes, Police Icon is a sweet and spicy fragrance for men by Police Colognes. Introduced in 2014, this fragrance comes in a beautiful dark blue bottle in the shape of a falcon. The fragrance opens with notes of pink pepper, strawberry and cardamom, contrasting spiciness with jam-like sweetness. The heart notes are lavender, rosemary and patchouli, bringing out the green herbal scents. The fragrance closes with the base notes of cozy vanilla and deep labdunum.

Police Colognes is an Italian design house that began as a sunglasses purveyor in 1983. Over time, it expanded its product offerings to include jewelry, leather products, accessories and perfumes. The inspiration for this brand is New York City and the young, enthusiastic, inspired, somewhat rebellious inhabitants of the city. Many celebrities have served as brand ambassadors for the company, including Bruce Willis, George Clooney and David Beckham. The company’s first fragrance was released in 1997. Hey, everyone, Justin here, and today, I'll be reviewing Icon by Police Colognes. This scent is bottled in a gorgeous blue bottle shaped like a crystal statue of a falcon, making a great display piece. Inside that bottle, though, is a sweet yet masculine mix of strawberries, pink pepper, cardamom, patchouli, lavender, Rosemary vanilla, and labdanum, which is ideal for fall, winter, and spring wear. unisex gourmand

I like to describe the scent as strawberrichouli (a nutty vibe) with vanilla. I have blind buy it because of the bottle, which surprisingly feels good in the hand and is well made (good sprayer). It is an EDP at a low price, however the notes are mellow so you can spray a lot if you want to. 3 stars because somehow I have the feeling it would fit more beautifully on a women, but I like it for myself too. It's unisex in my opinion.

Mainstream / Pleasant

This perfume smells quite in mainstream pop-way ,but its still very pleasant. Soft and comfortable to wear. Despite concentration of Edp there's no any specific brutal / loud statement. So you can use it anytime / everywhere. Strawberry almost undetectable covered gently with cardamom and pepper and layered nicely on vanilla and sense little bit of after-shave notes in later developing. Together with other ingredients it creates aura that reminds me something from Black XS Paco Rabanne line. I don't think its suitable so much for winter days actually, during cold days has almost medium longevity and sits too close to skin. Spring and Fall seasons are the best for this concoction. Bottle is amazing. Nice / attractive as a gift.
