Valentino is the eponymous fashion house of designer Valentino Garavani. After studying fashion with local designers in his native Italy, Valentino moved to Paris to further his studies. He debuted his line in 1959 in Rome, soon becoming famous for the vibrant red dresses he often showcased, a shade that would be popularly known as “Valentino red.” The designer has dressed a multitude of celebrities, including Jacqueline Kennedy, Audrey Hepburn and Elizabeth Taylor. Aroma - the embodiment of femininity, intelligence and gentleness. Warm, cozy, absolutely sharp. Home - vodka and figs, a very interesting combination, then left fig, sandalwood and vanilka. Not aroma but a fairy tale!

Absolutely spectacular
I did something with this perfume I never normally do - I ordered it online without having smelled it first. I am extremely choosy with my scents - I don't like anything that is too strong, spicy or "heavy". I took a chance with V Absolu because I am very much a fan of the classic, elegant, sexy clothing of the Valentino design house. I thought their perfume might be the same. I was very pleased to be right on my instincts with this scent. It has undeniably sexy, somewhat spicy top notes but is a floral at heart. It's completely beautiful at drydown and makes me feel so sensual. Everytime I wear it, I am complimented on how amazing I smell. In fact, I have never been more frequently complimented on a perfume than I am this one. It has become my signature scent.

I bought this for My Daughter .
I bought this as a Christmas Gift for my Daughter. She has a Sample of it and she rarely uses it because it smells so good, so I bought her a big bottle. She is going to flip out She Loves Absolu. Thank-You Very Much Rhonda McElroy
