Hey everyone, Nicole here, and today I'll be reviewing Moonlight Patchouli by Van Cleef and Arpels. This 2016 scent by the house is, in my opinion, a fantastic fall scent, especially for nighttime wear. The scent opens with the patchouli mentioned in the fragrance's name. Other top notes include cacao and wood, but as a whole, this scent is dominated by a heart note of rose. Other notes include iris, fruit, leather, and suede. Well, that's all for today. Super Smooth Sensual Patchouli

I have been seeking out a smooth not too Earth or dirty Patchouli for a few years so got a 2ml sample of this.It is exquisite,super smooth,sensual and sophisticated.I can smell the slight chocolate note in their,and of course the rose,which become a little less prominent as it dries down to a very slight woody and sue note but still retains the patch. I thought initially this was a bit more feminine until a few ladies told me I smelled wonderful. Good for both genders.Probably not for everyday use more special occasions,dinners.date formal etc or very chilly days when you wear a nice coat. I got about 7-10 hours of longevity you think it;s gone after 7 hours but you get wafts of the scent re-emerging lovely stuff!
