Weil is a company founded in 1912 by brothers Alfred, Jacques, and Marcel Weil as a fur purveyor to the wealthy. In 1927, the siblings established Parfums Weil, initially to add scents to the fur coats, with fragrances named after their furs, such as Chinchilla or Zibeline. Between 1927 and 1954, the perfumes were sold in Baccarat bottles. The first fragrance for use on human skin, Secret de Venus, was released in 1933. The company is now owned by Aroli Aromes Ligeriens, a subsidiary of Inter Parfums. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

I tested in the early 1970's in a fragrance trial package and thought i'd never find it again,It's a must have for all seasons

Not what I expected
I don't know whether this fragrance was reformulated ever since I smelled long ago. It smelled good on my co-worker and out of curiosity and with some feeling of nostalgia, I ordered it. I gave it away because this scent is not for me, it is too faint, somewhat green, and mossy. That is fine for room spray ... I did not like it.

No, I would not recommend to a friend.
