Good day my most recent purchase was Laila perfume. The scent is very fresh, airy Ling lasting and has good silage. There isn't a need for drowning ones self in it. I recommend it, it's a fragrance for young adult to a mature group 25 years of age and beyond.

I've purchased from Fragrance X quite a few times. Each time the website has led me directly to the item for which I was searching. I am pleased with the selections they offer. After purchasing dozen's of bottles, I only had a problem with one and it was the atomizer (not Fragrance X's fault). Regardless, the return has gone smoothly. I've compared prices and customer service with a few similar sites and Fragrance X has won each time. When I shop for colognes, I have a certain fear of not getting a good deal or not getting the authentic fragrance. Not so with Fragrance X. My experiences with them have given me a comfort zone in which to search.
Buying perfumes from FragranceX is more cheaper than buying locally. So far all my orders are authentic. It's also fun browsing the site while planning for your next purchase.
Your site is very good---but I've been to others with more inventory and more obscure and hard to find scents. I am an ex retail fragrance professional and I am not looking for "best sellers" that most shoppers want--I want hard to find quality scents--many from Italy and the British Isles--and there are better sites than yours to find those on. Also--please offer SMALLER SIZES--rollerballs--minis and small travel sizes--since you don't provide samples or free products as an incentive. ( The DEMETER website gave me 2 free 1 oz sprays with my purchases and Yves Rocher offers full size free products to regular customers.) Yes---your prices are very low--but customer service is what builds loyalty!!

The only negative is the USPS shipping is slow and I have to wait so long for my fragrances to get here. But it's not fragrances X fault.

This site has the widest range of products that perfume afficionados could ever ask for. The only downside that I could point out is the relatively high shipping cost. If this could be addressed then it would be perfect. I have discovered some great products here that I would never have found here in our country.

FragranceX is great! I looked everywhere in the city I live in for my husbands cologne and everybody kept telling me that they couldn’t get it anymore! So when I seen it online I was so happy! I just recently ordered prada lhomme. It was hard to find on alot of sites. But you guys had a great prada lhomme gift set that i was able to purchase. I love thiis website and the prices are fair. I love the free shipping after 35.00. What can be better is more accurate info when the item will be shipped. I dont understand the purpose of the point system for 10 percent off after 1000 points and you always get 15 percent off. So what is the real reason for the point system unless you can use 2 coupons. You guys should give samples for your customers or if they spend a certain amount they can get a free sample. Frangrancenet i recieved sample even when i ordered from chanel i get free samples. But overall i love this web site. I prefer it over the other major sites.
Prices are decent. Usually slightly higher than frangrancenet but no minimum on shipping is the greatest. Selection is slightly less. Shipping is always lightning fast.

I’m so disappointed I never received my order as you have used a 3rd grade courier Co. who is unheard of and more over they don’t have a proper Tracking System. Please either you refund my money or use UPS and ship direct to Botswana. They’re the most efficient Co. in Botswana and assured of my parcel. The moment I enter Botswana the shipping is $350 who can afford to pay that amount and we’re just next door to South Africa and it’s free and that was reason I routed my parcel through a friend of mine. I like your site for its rare and high-quality products, you can try a rare cologne or perfume. There are many pluses, the location of the store in the USA is already a plus for me, searching for products in the Google search engine, Minus: I would search for products by year of production, this is by the way the trouble of many stores. I don’t know, the site is simple, but it works quite well.
The service is second to none and considering the goods are shipped from the USA to the UK I find the delivery times as good as if shipped from a supplier in the UK. Availability is good and the price is very competitive and certainly better than so called "duty free" outlets at airports. I would therefore recommend FragranceX to others here in the UK.

From ordering to recieving the product at the door, I think FragranceX is a level above its closest competitor...there may not be a huge difference, but enough to build some trust in an industry that you just can't always trust. The selection is always good, prices at or near the top, and none of my products have ever been damaged, partly items are packaged very well. I do wish the purchasing links on Fragrantica would be maintained better, I am far too often sent to a bottle that isn't the bottle I am interested in. Overall, I've enjoyed shopping though FragranceX, and will continue to do so.
I like the fact that there are so many fragrances avaible on the website and the prices are the best, I would also think it would be good if there was a whishlist option where you could save fragraces you liked on the website for future purchase so you dont forget them

In addition to having a waiting list for perfume FragranceX has better prices than anyone else and fast shippment of their products. Found my husband's favorite cologne , Kenneth Cole Reaction, for price lower than the department stores and without the hassle of having to go to the mall or the store. It arrived on the day it was supposed to. It was very easy and my husband loved it! I will order again sometime!

Great website I only wish after selecting a product when you go back to search that it would bring you to where you found the searched product instead of skipping back to the first item (usually pages back). I also wish Tom Ford black orchid Calone would come back in stock I have tried numerous times to get and have chosen to be notified when back in stock but I have heard nothing abs have made 2 orders since of other fragrances. Overall these are not massive complaints as the website has very excellently competitive prices. Fast delivery with great tracking. Also a good customer support, clear and precise. This is my first purchase on FragranceX so I didn't know it needed some kind of approval code from the bank maybe only for overseas transaction? so I needed to literally ring to the bank and wait to talk to the cs staff for getting the code it costed some time and I was a bit confused and worried coz other webstores I shop don't require this. Other than this everything went well. Delivery on time, easy to track. Will shop on FragranceX again for the discounted prices and tester bottles.

Nice, easy simple process to purchase. The coupon codes do make it slightly confusing as the are not preapplied but widely available. Also out of stock items are difficult to see. Additionally the edt and EDP of items are combined. It may be less confusing separated.

Fragrance X is the only company that I know sells the authentic fragrance from Annick Goutal. I am so happy about that! The offers are a little confusing. There are reduced price advertised but when you proceed to order the price doesn’t lower. But I done care about that. I am just excited to get the real think. There are a lot of fakes in the market.
The price in the web site is in SGD pricing but when making payments, the charges is in USD pricing and this makes the pricing a lot of different.

I had never seen a website like this. I was delighted to see that the fragrance I had enjoyed many years ago was still available. The fragrance was Lou Lou. The selection is very good even though I have not found everything I have looked for. I did however find tracking to be lacking. For one, an eta would be very beneficial. Two, more real updates would help. And third, when the package arrives in Canada it would be nice to know where in Canada it is as we are the second largest country in the world. I would definitely recommend FragranceX to others. Lastly, it would be great if the discounts would be better for repeat customers that buy many products.

I have been wearing Shalimar since the 1960s, love it but have found it difficult to find a reliable source. I had finally found it at CVS, and bought it there for years when they decided to no longer carry it. I'm so glad I found you, sorry that, as a "household of one", I'm not what would be considered a "good customer". But I will continue to buy from you as I need refills.

My experience was good. I have bought I believe so far 3 bottles of cologne, which were versace man, prada L'homme, and L'Envol de Cartier. I recently bought Cartier and it is such a classic smell. Yall (Fragrancex), made it easy for me to find the Cartier and had a great description on what it was. Now between the Pros and Cons, I can start with the Cons first. I feel that the biggest Con is that you guys have a waiting list for certain items such as the Chanel Antaeus, however it is understanding that you guys don't have everything which is why I don't trip about it. The other Con is sometimes the webpage lags. There has been a few times where I have been on different devices at different places and the page either freezes up, which again isn't a big con to divert me. On to the Pros, the biggest thing that stands out to me, is that you guys to have great deals on your products. 9 times outta 10, when looking for cologne, you guys have always offered the lowest prices. Another Pro, which will make me sound contradicting, is that there is alot of products. I know for a Con I said you guys sometime are out of products/waiting list for it, however there is so many options and almost all of the products that the brand has put out. Another Pro is the shipping, even doing just the regular shipping, three times I have ordered,, each time it gets here not even within a week. The cartier only took 4 days to get to me. One last Pro, is that you guys are always doing discounts, which is nice because it makes me want to buy more cologne by snagging deals. Overall I recommend fragrancex. This is an amazing company that as far as I have bought, everything has been legit. The smell, look, and everything is authentic. I know it sounds like I am gassing yall up, but I legit have recommended this to my inner group of friends and even employees. I would be buying more cologne, but with me saving money, part because of the pandemic, part because I'm moving soon, I have to chill for a small minute. But I'll be back to buying here soon.
Was so happy to get the on-line presentation of FrangranceX. Was amazed at the large selection. My husband likes for me to wear a light frangrance. I ordered the smallest sizes of Clean Blossom and Clean Skin. Am so happy with these. Both were very light and just the perfect fragrances for me to wear this summer. I have been a fragrance X customer for years and I have never had any issues. What I suggest is tha for example I love Alien and sometimes it is not in stick. Another thing is that whenever I order I always recieved a $5 for a discount but it was always rejected when I inserted the code. However I must say that I am a very happy customer and I have been recommending to use Fragrance X for so long.
I would recommend FragranceX. They have great products at fantastic prices. I will definitely use it over and over again. The only Con I’d mention, is how expensive the shipping costs are.
I was a little skeptical at first because I live in Fiji, so purchasing perfumes here is quite pricey and the range isn't great. So when I saw the affordable prices and the great range, I was surprised. But the product is awesome, I've already recommended it to friends and relatives! Will definitely purchase again! I like Lucky perfume and here lately I had been going to Walmart Walgreens and other places and try to find it cuz all of a sudden Walmart I guess stopped carrying it serve with cherry the men's line so little by little I started getting frustrated somebody told me to go online and look. Great user friendly website. Enormous variety to pick from. Very challenging prices. Tracking isn’t the best at all for 5 weeks if you live outside the US you just have to wait until the package arrives in your country, only then are you allowed to track. 8/10 rating Would definitely recommend!

When I wear it people ask what perfume I am wearing it’s a beautiful smell where do you buy it I always did buy it at Myers store but since I found you guys I get it from you now . So quick delivered and don’t have to go shopping to get it just look at your phone and then wait a little and it at your door . Have consistently ordered my favourite fragrances from FragranceX. The selection is outstanding and the prices are a bit cheaper than the stores here in Canada. Unfortunately being a resident in Canada I always have to pay for shipping regardless of the $ spent.
Fabulous website, multiple choices, good tracking and website so easy to transact. The only setback is restocking of some products took some time to refill.
