Only complaint is that the fragrances I'm ordering do not last very long on me. Wish the scent would last longer. Everything else has been Fantastic...

My order came on time and was nicely packaged with a coupon. I am satisfied with the perfume but the only con would be that it isn’t a strong scent or long lasting at all. This is more my fault perhaps . The shipping for me was more than I anticipated but this is because it’s from USA to Ireland so I understand. Am definitely going to buy from here again as they have a wide range and good prices .

I was looking for a specific Varvatos fragrance which i had trouble finding, and it was on the FRAGRANCEX website, reasonably priced, and excellent on-time delivery. I have already convinced friends and acquaintances to check out the website.

The only thing I was disappointed in was that you didn't seem to carry extrait de parfum aka parfum in the brand I was looking for. Otherwise, I've shopped with FragranceX before and wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.

I however have still not been able to receive my product here in Jamaica because my shipping company lost it during transit to Jamaica. The prices are great and the selection is awesome. The only problem I have had is the perfume I love is always out of stock. I guess it is a really good seller. This is something to do with the manufacturer Jovan and not you but they must have changed the formula of their white musk because it is not as strong as it use to be. Great source of fragrances. USA funds make products more expensive to Canadians. Takes longer to get to Canada. I had a product shipping issues and the agent was very helpful to correct the problem.

The 3 perfumes that I order were good. 2 of 3 scent last all day long and the next day. One of the perfumes that I Oder the bottle was beautiful but yeah the smell don’t last long at all. I am still happy with my orders and I most definitely will be making more orders.

The array of fragrances available is dizzying and very exciting for someone in Australia as many of the fragrances I chose are not available here, having been discontinued here years ago. My only disappointment is that some of them that I ordered have such poor longevity of performance but that is an issue with the manufacturers not your company

Overall I'm satisfied with my shopping experience on fragrancex. My only issue in my country is the credit card authorisation in my country which doesn't approved the transaction automatically. I have to request a 6 digits authorisation code from the bank and email to fragrancex. Although payment through PayPal will solve the issue, but there will be some additional charges. Roughly additional 4-5 USD.

Original product I wanted (Norell) is always on back order or somehow unavailable. 2nd choice was found quickly, ordered quickly and received quickly. Overall, a pleasant, easy experience.

I had only one complaint I received perfume twice that was in the outer plastic as all the rest were and so the product was defective. FragranceX really does have a wide variety of all things fragrance related. And for the most part I've been completely satisfied. And the few times that an issue did arise, they were quickly rectified...... except once. But it's not something that would steer me away. Everything was excellent except that when I received my fragrance it was almost expired and did not smell as it usually does when I purchase from dept stores. Customer Service did an exceptional job explaining what I needed to do. I returned the product with the Fedex label emailed to me but have not received a replacement or refund yet. Thank you.

I’ve overall been very satisfied with my purchases with fragrancex. I think there is room for development in the following areas: - deals in which free shipping is offered to Europe (would be really nice :)) - Once I ordered the wrong flanker since all fragrances (of the same particular line) where listed on the same page, in this case I bought habit rouge l’eau instead of habit rouge and it was really hard to see the difference - sending me too many mails Otherwise I think you are great :) Also I think that the website is not super up to date but I find it a bit charming to be honest, please don’t try to make it look too modern if you ever change it.

I didn't like the verification process to be able to view the website, it made it feel weird and nearly gave up at that point. When on the site Iwasn't sure what the catch would be with these products given how cheap they were. Very pleasantly surprised when they turned quickly and are genuine. A real bonus in the days when you have to watch your back online.

Expect shipment time shall be more faster around 2 week plus. Comparing shipment when ordering items from China to Malaysia normally take less than 2 weeks. Suggest to improve the packaging with some plastic bubbles wrap to prevent package from bump inside the box during transit. Some perfumes boxes dented due to vibration during transit. Totally enjoy my shopping experience with FragranceX. Orders are carefully packaged and arrive very quickly. I have only had one disappointment with my purchase of Organza that had absolutely no scent. However, I do not hold FragranceX responsible, as the perfume arrived perfectly sealed and boxed and therefore feel this was a manufacturing issue and chose not to return the item. I have purchased six or seven fragrances from the shop/site in the last two months. Everything has been absolutely wonderful and beyond my expectations. Their customer service is excellent, I had to return some thing and it was very easy to do. I had accidentally ordered double on one fragrance. Shipping is fantastic, it gets here very quick. There’s no doubt in my mind that these are all genuine fragrances at fabulous prices.
