I’ve recently ordered perfume from FragranceX.com and I’m happy to say the experience was a great one ! Very easy to find my favourites, other then the ones I’d buy from a store around town such as Paris Hilton’s …all of them !! I recommend for the ease of online shopping. The prices are reasonable and I like the idea of saving money. Some brands are not available, that's one of the CONS. Th shipping time is pretty good. The brand needs more incentive for regular shoppers to benefits due the state of the economy right now.

The process of online ordering is easy. The selection is good but there were a couple of fragrances that were not available like pure malt and 1 or 2 other fragrances as well. Sometimes, the prices are higher that the price offered by the brand selling the product on its website or in retail stores, like naxos for example, it is significantly cheaper than what is listed on Fragrancex. Nonetheless, fragrancex provides a decent selection and the process in general is easy and the products are satisfying. I would recommend using fragranceX for fragrances difficult to find and when the price is leas than retail stores.

I am a customer for quit a few years. I am very please with the service and my order always come fast. The only thing I found is pretty bad is that when you sent me a deal on my email the price you propose on the email is always lower then the price I have to pay on the website and I found that anoying. Also some fragrance I wish to order are on the waiting list for years when they are in fact cesser.

I am so glad my product was restocked. However. I found the price to be much higher than previous orders. Since this is the only fragrance I use, I will continue to order but not as often.

This was my first experience buying from a fragrance discounter so I wasn't sure what to expect. I looked at several sites and found the best deal at FragranceX so I took the plunge and ordered the bottle of Canoe I wanted. The process couldn't have been easier or more hassle free. The site stepped me through the stages of ordering and paying in a nice, steady process that was never confusing or the least bit difficult to follow. Dear Sir or Madam, Thank you for sending this survey to complete. Since receiving my order # 46699351 in August, I have meant to get in touch with you. The product received: "Narciso Rodriguez by Narciso Rodriguez 3.3 oz Eau De Toilette Spray for Men", though in the same bottle, categorically does not smell like / have the same fragrance that it should. I have been wearing this fragrance for between 8 and 10 years, and purchased the product between 20 and 30 times. I'm not sure whether the product supplied is from a counterfeit batch and/or one where the components / ingredients were clearly sub-standard. I am then very disappointed to have what I clearly believe is a different product to that advertised, and so consequently would like to ask how I can either claim a refund or be issued with a replacement that is what I thought I was purchasing. I ordered a bottle of Abercrombie and Fitch fierce cologne from yourselves as I liked the look of the site. Payment was sent and my order arrived in the specified time which I was pleased about as my last bottle was nearly empty. Looking at the packaging it was different to the one I had directly from A&F. But wasn’t put off by this. It was when I opened the bottle and sprayed some that that distingtive smell was not the same as I’d been used to. And have been using for over five years. In my opinion a different smell. ??

Have used this perfume earlier and it is my favorite, the additional cost of the freight and the duty added to the cost, otherwise I am very satisfied

FragranceX seems a very accommodating business. I have no complaints of any sort. The problem I keep running into is with the fragrance itself . . . Nina Ricci - L'Air du temps. I have worn this fragrance for many, many years and the scent has definitely changed. It's been tending toward a more alcohol base with less actual scent. My last order was a tester bottle and it had more fragrance to it than most but is still not up to par. I have tried to find this scent from many suppliers but none have been equal to the original. Can you explain the problem and whether or not we could go back to a truer fragrance? Thank you. Esther Jayne

My second ordered came before my first ordered which made me worried. The tracking was so annoying but i was happy because the custmer care attention. So nice to have a perfume without needing to go to a department store! I don’t like it with the ladies in their lab coats staring at me, wanting to put makeup on me when all I want to do is smell nice scents!!! I want to be left alone to think and to savor! Fragrance X is my go to for any product that I want to buy. I haven't come across a product that is not available on Fragrance X, well, there was one called Cinch but it is a low end cologne and I do not fault Fragrance X for not having it. There is even an option to get samples which is very convenient if your shopping isn't time sensitive.

I have used fragrance X lots of times and have always received the perfume in a timely manner. Unfortunately the prices have gone up a lot over the last few years, there used to be a big difference in price compared to the regular department stores but now there is not much difference its only 20 or so dollars compared to a few years ago when there used to be 50 or 60 dollars difference. Still its a good site to order from and the selection is great.

Product is easy to find and customer support fast to response on query. Shipping could be faster but understandable during the pandemic period. Definitely will buy again.

My experience was very excellent. I have had an almost impossible time finding body talc. I was happy to be able to buy some on this site. When it arrived & I saw how acceptable it was, I immediately ordered a second one. I’m hoping that other brands of body talc may become available soon. The price was okay. I really had nothing to compare it too. I would recommend using this site for fragrances & matching body lotions.

Have been more than better served by FragranceX. Products always arrive well, and solidly packed to avoid any risk of bottles arriving broken. Customer Care took the most efficient and prompt care on the only one issue I've had on all the orders placed. I already strongly recommend to friends and family. The only "downside" I have is that shipping costs are rather high for Canadian deliveries and the "money exchange from USD to CAD sometimes stops me from buying more perfumes. But, am very satisfied with the quality of items received.

Most of the time you have what I want in stock. If it's not you always notify me when it is in stock so I can order it. It doesn't take very long either before it's delivered. Most of the time I order testers as they are the same size & discounted. The perfumes are for me and I do not need a fancy box! I would recommend anyone to order from you.

I have been using FragranceX for approx 10 years. I have always found the website easy to use and navigate. There is an amazing variety of products available all at very good prices, in fact the products I purchase are way less expensive here than on other sites. I purchase my perfume here because, it is now very rare to find it stocked by any other company that could provide it, on line or a local/nationwide merchant. Even if it is not marked down it is still at a lower cost than from retail stores that only provide Eau de Toilet not the Parfume strength. FragranceX also offer other products that compliment the fragrance like body spray, body wash etc all the same fragrance. I have and do regularly recommend to my friends and other people this site. I appreciate and am very thankful that they make it possible for me to afford and still access my favourite fragrance. Also, that they are very prompt and I do not have to wait long for the product to reach me. With regular emails to inform me of the product is marked down is very helpful too. I love FragranceX.

I have always been happy with my selections. Delivery and Charges good. The only concern or problem I have had , some of the perfumes do not have long lasting scents. They may be an older Supply, so that mY be the problem. As long as I have perfume that lasts as they do in Departmental Stores I am happy. If the best before date could be checked before shipping I would be pleased. I do not have a lot of free time to box and mail products back
