The Fragrance X experience is ultimately a good one, the variety of products is amazing, the information for each item is detailed and informative. The one issue I had was the table with product info in it should be associated with the the summary and description of the scent you are looking at. The suggestions associated with chosen products is usually quiet accurate and helpful. Your prices are exceptional and all products are high quality original items.whit order I had one problem and was sent a wrong item but the customer service were very helpful and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.

FrangranceX has a great selection of perfumes and colognes there prices ate very reasonable quiet cheaper than anywhere else that I have shopped I love fragranceX you will to try them out...

My favorite fragrance, "First" by Van Cleef & Arpels, seems to be in short supply, and I have had to wait for it more than once. Wish it were more readily available. I am still on a waiting list. C

Mugler Alien Body Cream is such an admirable and elegant fragrance, and I am always asked about the name of the fragrance, I am wearing! The fragrance lasted all day, and I smelled the fragrance the next morning.

The Frangrancex site is pretty basic, but it provides the information that I prefer when shopping for fragrances. The prices are great and the shipping time is appropriate. I have referred people to this site in the past and they were satisfied.

It's a great way to get fragrances specific to US market or the classic ones, less popular nowadays which can't be found in the stores anymore. Some prices are extremely affordable, others not so much but still reasonable. Products from brands aimed at European market can be kind of scarce and expensive here. Discount codes other than FX15 don't make any sense since they can't be aggregated.

Found this site looking for best price on Michael Malul Absolute. Price was enough lower to take the risk on an unfamiliar retailer. Input email to get a discount (if I remember correctly…). Got email reminding me they had what I was shopping for. Ordered it. Received it in good time *BUT* it wasn’t the Absolute, it was Michael Malul Michael Malul (yes, same thing twice). The photos of the package/bottle look identical except for “Michael Malul” in place of Absolute. Realized my mistake (which was because of their email to me, because the Absolute ended up getting sold out, so that’s annoying). We read the description of the scent & decided to give it a shot (fearing we couldn’t get full refund). My first thought was “very very old scent”, my husband’s was “Stetson”. I agreed. We really wanted to be ok w it because of the price, but we just could not. It was really, really bad (and we are not any kind of connoisseurs) It was like, get it away from me bad. I called and had excellent customer service experience; returned and got 100% refund (including shipping). Based on that, I’m still considering ordering the Absolute if/when available/on sale, but my husband is still skeptical. FWIW…

Never had a problem ordering Always pleased with fragrance . When I have to return .I don’t have issues . The only thing is hard to get anybody to answer when I do have to call .

Overall I am very happy that I found FraganceX and I have navigated other sites but you are the best by far. I have place about 5 orders and purchased about 17 products and so far only have to return 2 of these products because were not at all what I expected. This product is very hard to find outside of Germany. I was happy and pleased that you had exactly what I used to get when I traveled abroad. The ordering process was straightforward, the contents were safe and well packed, and the shipping was very quick. 10 out of 10!

The items I ordered were familiar items and I was very pleased ?? with the sun flower and the happy perfume both smelled just as I remembered. The only disappointment I have is that escada into the blue is still out of stock. But I am willing to wait for it to be restocked.

The only complaint was your email said free shipping and when I went to order I had to have a minimum amount to get free shipping. This would put me over the amount to pay customs. I like the idea to order testers

So far this site offers the product I use at a decent price. I would also say after working in retail stores that the fragrances are older than the department stores would carry. Department stores tell you discard after two years however l tell you if it smells good, it is. My original Joy is older and still has great sent. I definitely recommend your products.

Good selection of fragrances. Prices are competitive. The only drawback is if you don’t know the fragrance, you take a chance you will not like it.

The only thing I don't like is to spending more than 35dollars to have a free shipping and sometimes I'm not able to do that.

I have had great experiences with fragranceX.com. Never any damage to products and ships pretty timely. I am ordering from Canada and would love to get the deals that are given to American orders. I find more variety and selection than other sites. What i would absolutely love more than anything is more samples or minis!!! I am very hesitant to purchase a perfume that is more expensive but has raving reviews. But if i can puchase a sample or mini first it would make all difference. Whenever get compliment on my perfume i always let the person know about your site. That they would get a better deal with you and going to department store.

My only extra insight is regarding delivery charges & options. I've been buying middle eastern perfumes from a dubai web site, and they allow free delivery if purchasing $70.00 worth of product. Which I find great value. They also package in a way they can deliver to p.o. box address at post office which is helpful so my package is safe if I'm not home until late. This is the reason I buy regularly from them, rather than any other perfume website. But occasionally I buy a different type of perfume from a different perfume website such as Fragrances.

Large selection of instock fragrances. Not the cheapest online discount site. Some other sites will beat them by 30% or more, for the same product. Don’t like the fact I can’t use a coupon code that I received from a prior purchase on top of the In store coupon. Shipping is fast and accurate. I really love this website but I wish they had an app. With an app I would go directly to FragranceX without having to go through my emails. FragranceX suggests fragrances to me and follows up with a variety of different options. The ordering process is fast, easy and error free. I received my order quickly and even sooner than expected. If they are "discontinued", "seasonal", "sold out", "on back order" or "currently out of stock" would be helpful to make a decision to wait or make an alternate selection. To be put on a list of customers waiting to be notified and then never updated on the status is disappointing. Example: I'm looking to order the fragrance "Hang Ten", by Blue. I saw the "currently unavailable" and opted to be put on a wait list...nothing.
