When shopping for fragrance I always check FragranceX first because of the free shipping, everything i've ordered has been exactly as it was described and the quality of the products have been top notch and i usually receive my order in 3 days, which is better than other online fragrance sites.So far i've been very happy with doing business with FragranceX.
I was trying to find a dated fragrence that they used in gentlemen’s hairdressers call bay rum it was just a hair tonic but I loved the smell but on this site I found it in colonge .
Overall very satisfied with site… It is ‘barebones’, yet easy to navigate… In reflection, my only ‘complaint/disappointment’ is that I didn’t even check other sites before purchasing.. (Good job).. Assuming I was getting the ‘best’ price, and collectively was… Paid almost double for my Sauvage products than any other site, my fault. Otherwise I am pleased with my products and enjoy sharing them with my friends and family.. What I REALLY wish is if you had a ‘sample package’, where either pre-picked or by-choice 10-30 packs of samples… That would have rocked my world.
Finding FragranceX was like a dream come true. I had no idea there were valid discounted fragrance companies. I learned about the company buy watching a fragrance influencer on YouTube (Real Men, Real Style). I was always warned to beware of false products, but FragranceX is the real deal. I have placed 5 or 6 orders already. The packages arrive in secure packaging and in lightening speed. I thought I would have to wait but they usually arrive within days. Again, the fragrances that I received were all the real deal and I could not be happier! Will absolutely continue to order from FragranceX and would recommend it to everyone. Buying from FragranceX lets me access fragrances that I cannot find in my country, or that I can only find at an extortionate price. Shipping and tracking aren’t great, but nothing has ever arrived damaged, so it is worth the wait. I’d love it of they’d develop a wish list and notification system.

I am so glad I found this Web site , the choice of perfumes is phenomenal even the ones that are hard to find . Tracking of item is convenient but delivery is date takes almist a month to come. Anyway, all items are certified legit. Just read reviews about the product to avoid wxpectations coz not all perfume fits you.

There are two things that can be improved. First, some items that are available on other online stores are not available here. Second, some items are more expensive than some other store. On the other hand, availability of international shipping is definitely one of the strong points of this store. I will use this store again soon.

Ordering from fragrancex is pretty easy and straight forward. There is no long wait for your items when they are shipped. What I find difficult with the website is that if I sign in on my phone the items that I added to my cart while using another device aren't there. So I'd have to re-add everything and that's a little frustrating. I'd suggest adding something like a wishlist to your platform so it's easy to bookmark items you want to buy in the future.

My experience was great n I ordered few times different perfumes I only hve 1 issue n that is the Red Door sprayer to spray on is missing I emailed Fragrance x but never heard bk anything but if I can get a replacement sprayer it will give a 10 star

I will definitely recommend FragranceX.com. I ordered a few different perfumes at a great price. On one order I accidentally ordered more than one and needed to cancel a different one. I wrote to customer service they responded right away, they were so nice and they instantly refunded me without any problems. My only con is the wait list for a couple Ed Hardy perfumes, but to be fair it was Christmas time so I'm sure it was extra busy. My products came as described and smelling how they should. Very happy with this site.

Great site, so easy to navigate and manage. Products arrived in excellent condition. My only issue is tracking information. Whenever an order leaves the US it states 'in transit' and I don't get anymore updates after that Why doesn't it track from when it enters the country I live in (Ireland). Tracking is excellent up until 'in transit'. It should state when it arrives in Ireland and then when the courier has it and finally when it is out for delivery. Other than this it would be 5 *.
At first, I was very sceptical about the authenticity of the perfumes. I proof to be wrong. I would just like to have more in samples. I like trying new perfumes, and buying a 30ml and don't like it, is a waste. But, yes, I have recommended you to my friends and they definitely will buy from you.

I bought an oil based cologne scent that should last longer than any average alcohol spray scent. This claimed oil base product scent does hold up to the expectations.

I had never ordered a fragrance online before. My daughter wanted a particular one and I took a chance ordering from FragranceX (after reading many positive online reviews) in the hopes of getting it for her for Christmas. I was worried it wouldn't arrive because of the bad weather, but amazingly it showed up in just 2 days right before Christmas and was so much cheaper buying it online than anything I could find locally. It made for a great holiday as my daughter was not sure if she would get it for a gift or not. I don't wear fragrances that much because I don't know too much about ones that I would like. First, the emails I received advertising the product were not overwhelming as some product advertisements are. Second, I had only to follow the simple instructions which even though I’ve had three brain surgeries I-was able to do with ease. Third, the product arrived as you promised. Forth, as always Curve cologne is the best and only cologne that I use. Weekly I am complimented on how “good I smell”. I found out about fragrancex in Instagram. I checked the Web site, very easy to navigate and very clear. Compared the prices with my usual local shop here in Singapore, where they also sell discounted parfumes, and found fragrancex to be about 15% cheaper for the fragrances i was interested in. The shipment is free of charge if you reach a certain amount, so it didn't impact the price. The parcel arrived within 10 days, that's really good and it was perfectly packed. So far i placed only my first order, but i was definitively satisfied with the service.

I purchased Versace's The Dreamer and Armani Code Absolou and a few other little testers. Given that Absolou has been discontinued, I was happy that they still had it and at a great price. I will ad it, The Dreamer was more of a blind buy and though I was not disappointed with it, it certainly is a bit of a dated fragrance for 2023. It kinda smells like gin (but not in a bad way). I think the selection at fragrancex is incredible. Such a variety from old classics like Jovan Musk to high end selections like Tom Ford. I love the option, when available, to get "tester" bottles which are brand new but in plain boxes, at a discount. Another great Pro is the availability of multiple sizes. Free shipping on orders over a certain$is very nice as well. They only thing I might say is a negative (con) is the cost incurred for return shipping. I was gifted a large bottle by two people... and to return one cost me $15. Not a huge sum of money but... The fragrance description does get a little lost, far down from the product, with ads in between, but once found it is helpful. Overall i love the company and I would definitely, highly, recommend to others in the market for a new fragrance at a great price.

Thanks for the products i really liked. Yhe only things that you need yo emproved is the dhl delivery. They commit a mistake in yhe address and delivered my parfums to other person. The fixed their mistake in the same day, but the bad moment not was funny.

Overall I was pleased as my order was purchased as a gift. I have to admit I didn’t think I was getting a competitive price as it wasn’t any cheaper than other sites I visited. Any discount is quickly added back by a high shipping charge. What I did like however was the quick shipping time. I’ll order again but will look for more competitive prices elsewhere before I order.

I think that FragranceX offers better prices and value than some of the other websites I explored. This issue seems to have been resolved, though.

The products that I received were exactly the products that I ordered. The only problem I encountered with my previous (first) order was that the cap of the DGPH after shave lotion was missing which I do not know whether it was normal or a defect. Besides, before the products arrived, DHL requested me to apply for something with Taiwan's Customs Authority which proved unnecessary. They just need to improve on their item status availability online when purchasing and improving on tracking items online as it was a bad experience for me this time round, until I had emailed them and voiced out my concern in my order tracking information which was not updated or in good standards. Availability of items initially after were unavailable due to Holidays busy buying; super frustrating yet understandable. Product expectation for Gentleman Givenchy Paris Eau De Parfum (x2), Daisy Marc Jacobs Eau So Fresh (x1) & Coach NY Platinum Eau De Parfum (x1) were all successfully met!! And I rarely purchase Eau De Toilette but I use MarcJacobs Daisy & figured I'd be dating & gift myself a present & try out his new fragrance..So happy I did. ??However, (x1) GivenchyGentleman Original Cologne was off-putting & rather than return for $56 I gifted it to an older Uncle of mine ?? so all is Gucci now. But, I am very fortunate to have not been swayed by images on your site & stuck with my knowledge, personal experience & greater instincts & purchased two of the Gentleman fragrances I selected as 1 of the few scents I started my son on when he hit his teens. That other one ughh is ancient & should be listed in its own subcategory as "mature men" or whatever so as to not be confused or mistaken for the deliciousness of GG's black strip bottle

It’s great to be able to find favourite perfumes, aftershaves and Eau de Colognes, etc., that are either no longer available or, certainly, very hard to find in the UK. It’s so frustrating when a favourite fragrance is withdrawn, without any warning, it’s also such a shame that favourite perfumes are being ‘changed’ - i.e., the original contents are not the same and do not smell the same, because some ingredients are being replaced by inferior, less expensive or man-made ingredients. It ruins the perfume. I would rather pay more for the original quality and fragrance. A perfume that immediately comes to mind is the original Miss Dior - nothing like it was originally. Another, is Clinique Aromatics Elixir. Just want to thank you for your speedy and efficient service - especially shipping. Kind regards.

Fragrance is a great site to buy fragrances in general. It should improve it's inventory and prices (there's a couple of other sites with better prices). The shipping is what I like the most (is easily the fastest on the market). In general I recommend this site.

I purchased Light Blue Eau Intense and my partner is absolutely in love with the fragrance.He already loved the original and now thinks that the Intense version is a welcome upgrade. One advantage of FragranceX is the variety of fragrances and the sizes however, a disadvantage would be as it pertains to the ordering process where the the State taxes are not shown prior to arriving at the order submission section. I would however, still recommend FragranceX for their product variety.
