Product was easy to find just wish more sizes were available. Other than that shopping was a breeze and prices are a bit less than other retailers/online sites.

It was easy to find the items required. There was detailed information of cost provided at checkout. Where there was an extra 50% off this was not clear. Also when the items were filtered by gender some search were not specific to the gender requested. Overall i love this site and will definitely recomment

I am still amazed and gobsmacked at the vast inventory they have and the fact you don't have to own a country to purchase what your heart desires. I find here some of the perfumes I am looking for readily available and at a fair price. Shipping is quick and efficient. But I don't expect duty/tax due plus 50% of total amount !!! Order 68$ with shipping, duty/taxes plus 24$... In total 92$. If I knew it then I will don't order to Norway.

Dolce and Gabana's "Light Blue" is a favourite fragrance for me now. I love bergamot and masks, and the light poignancy of this fragrance, that is subtle and not overbearing. I live in the tropics, so it's perfect for our weather. Fragrance X help me to find the right fragrance with its easy to find information under groupings by notes within fragrances. Highly recommend as a must have for daily wear.

They always have a huge variety of perfumes, cologne, even body spray and lotion. Prices are low compared to department store prices.

I like to shop here for fragrances. I was able to find what I need and for a reasonable price. The shipping is fast. No negative comments but there is room for improvement on their website such as save for later or items you love so you don't have to search them again just in case you need to buy in the future. Overall, my experience with them is great and would recommend them to family and friends!????????????????

Always have ordered from this site for the last several years for all perfume needs for self and gifting. There has always been 3.4oz of JLo Still and now all there is available is 1.7oz. I am very disappointed in that. Otherwise, this site is great.

Most products are available, there are some products that have not been available for a long time, it states join the waiting list, fine, however there is never an update on the product, have waited 12 months. I believe these products should be taken off the website with advise they will return when they become available. Your pricing is good particularly when it shows the currency for that country. Tracking is excellent and accurate. Packing is both strong and sound.

I recently purchased Pi by Givenchy. I really love the scent, not overbearing, just right for me and my wife loves it as well. You can't beat the prices at Fragrance X and I like to shop here because I know I'm getting the real fragrance, not some knock off. I placed my order about 1pm and it was delivered the very next day and I didn't pay for expedited shipping, just the free shipping. Now that's service! Hi your product is NOT AUTHENTIC. I received my order but that’s not exactly what the perfume scent. I used this scent for years. I know what authentic is! Now! These perfumes I ordered will going to trash.

Although I've received feedback from the fragrance community that the tester perfumes can sometimes be counterfeit (possibility of return items having been swapped with fakes). The perfume I was looking for was for a friend and she was blown away when she received it! They thought is had been discontinued cause she couldn't find it anywhere! To order was so easy and the choices are insane so many to choose from. The website mentioned the delivery time, it did take a little longer than expected but I still got the product delivered to my door! I purchased 2 men’s spray colognes a Acqua Di GIO & a Escape for men the price was pretty much the same as a major department store. The pros & cons at a department store. Of course you can smell everything see the actual bottles and take them home that day. As far as online I didn’t have to drive anywhere and deal with traffic. But what I was not really to happy with was how long it took for delivery almost 3 weeks everything was in stock and when trying to track it, it wasn’t giving me no information. I tried several times to call and talk to customer service but that was a failure. It would be nice to talk to a human being rather than those robots so the only reason why I put a five as far as buying more product from you. I don’t know if I wanna wait another three weeks for my cologne if I wanted to purchase something for a gift I better think a year in advance I assume

The website is great, easy to navigate with a huge variety to select from. I personally would love to see even more middle eastern brands and perfumes available. Shipping time to Australia was decent - so as an Aussie, I would recommend this site to fellow Aussie perfume lovers if they're interested in buying multiple fragrances to get to the free shipping amount.

I bought a number of small bottles of CK1 as gifts. They were the perfect size and now everyone can smell like me.

The specific items I was looking for was available with a variety of choices. The only cons is I would like to see more after shave and bath products. But, I like the site for the variety of products they do provide.

The only complaint I have is that it didn’t show up on a email and that was why I finished up ordering 4 orders when I only wanted one and I went over drawn at my bank with charges. But otherwise I was satisfied because I didn’t have any problems the first time I placed an order with you.

The ordering process was a good experience. Good website, fragrance description was good. The PROS; The ordering and delivery process was pretty quick. The CONS; The fragrance is nice, but it doesnt last very long. I have colognes that I wear that get transferred onto my outer clothing and my seatbelt in my car, that I smell days later. These scents seem to be gone a few hours later.

I love this platform for shopping but I would recommend taking into account more variety of perfumes from Maison Alhambra, it has an excellent collection. It seems strange to me that the largest perfume store in the world does not have its complete Toscano Leather collection.

I've ordered from fragrance X a few times before and have never had any issues. The products are authentic and delivery is timely. The prices are good and the website is easy to navigate. I love the fact that you are able to choose among various sizes for the perfumes/colognes and you even have the lotions, body mists and entire sets available also. I was not entirely happy with my most recent purchase though as the Burberry Brit Sheer perfume did not meet my expectations. I was extremely disappointed in the fragrance and wish I could return. I quickly found my favorite eau de toilette on the site which has many references. However, my perfume is rarely available (it is a perfume created in the 70s but still very popular. That said, the site offers to register on a waiting list and promises to notify its Customers as soon as the product available again (I can only hope that they will indeed let me know) From payment to delivery, everything went according to plan, so I'm glad I found this site especially as the prices are very competitive I recommend!

I would recommend because the selection and variety is amazing. I am currently on the waitlist for 2 cologne's but they are from a long time ago, so who knows if I will see them. I order from your site often, sometimes I will order testers just to see if I will like the scent to wear on my person for going out on dates with the wife, or if I will wear it to put on my clothes for work.
