Overall, i like the prices, i’ve only ordered once so far but i plan to order again & again. if you guys stated if the products were expired or just old models, that would be nice, im sure it wouldn’t stop people from buying them, just wanna know exactly what i’m getting.

The Carolina Herrera Good Girl Legere fragrance, was ordered for my cousins Birthday present. Although she is very shy & extremely humble. The Perfume was unknowingly very seductive, so sexy & drew compliments for her all night long... It wasn't ordered for that reason & I shouldn't even say this, so all I can say is WOOWWW

Several good things about FragranceX. 1. Huge range with many old fragrances not available anywhere else. 2. Easy to order, pay for and always shipped immediately, so arrival is very quick. 3. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick for international shipping and all products arrived in good condition. Better descriptions of actual ingredients would be helpful especially when considering a scent you've not had before eg flower,herb or wood types.and as a first time international buyer it wasn't made clear before ordering that you can't ship to a post office box.
I have been a very satisfied customer,one particular product I have been trying to purchase for over a year has been unavailable, I do know that it is a manufacture issue & not FragranceX fault,product in stock that I order always arrives on time & undamaged!
I can't praise the service, selection and overall experience too highly. I had been trying to obtain replacement stock for the fragrances I ordered. These had been particular favourites and despite my best efforts applied over an extended period I had been unable to secure fresh supplies. On accessing the FragranceX website I easily found what I was looking for, relieved that my long quest was now over. Products were readily available at very competitive prices. With the plethora of counterfeit products that are marketed masquerading as genuine on various websites I was concerned over the authenticity of the fragrances selected. However, my fears were unfounded. The potency and vibrancy of the products I received were clearly the genuine article. My first order will certainly not be my last.

Its an amazing webpage to buy perfumes and fragrances. Its so easy to use. There are original products and they have excellent prices.
Easy to find what I was looking for, all brands are organized. Product was cheaper than every other store / site. It was still 100% the same product and completely legitimate. Product came earlier than expected. It was hard to track. The site made me a bit skeptical because of how it looks and how some reviews said they had gotten knock offs of their product. The site gives recommendations based on things you view and it’s appreciated but I wish there was decanters I could get to test out the recommended things.

I was very impressed at the beginning with the selection and when I checked my mailbox and it was already what I had ordered before my other perfume had even come in from another site it came in very fast and I really liked that but the lotion quality was poor I'm not sure if that is because of the brand it was or what but it was real runny and small bottle but overall going to order again and see about a different lotion hoping it won't be like the last and I recommend to everybody I am a fan of perfume or just stop smelling good an old perfume bottles are of collectible of mine

I am very happy with my experience of shopping at FragranceX website, I've done it twice now and will definitely be doing it again in future. Their customer service and process of tracking orders is amazing. Their perfumes cost so much less compared to other websites and in-store products. There is one thing I'd like to mention tho, the amount that gets taken from bank for payment of order is not the same total as it shows on their website, not by much, but I think that's the bank charges added for buying something overseas. I had a great shopping experience on FragranceX it was my first time. The only problem I had was how long it took to ship, I expected it to be quicker. It took about 3 weeks to ship 2 perfumes. Other than that, i'm happy with the selection and pricing. It would be nice to have decanted mini versions/samples we can purchase because otherwise you're blind buying at all times and hoping for the best. Or FragranceX could throw in complimentary samples with purchases of a certain amount then if we like any of the samples FragranceX can offer us the option to purchase. All I had to do was follow steps to make purchase, and this was my first time ordering anything. I read all about the colognes that were appealing and Gio Armani Profumo (my favorite-and most difficult to purchase) and Profondo where I stopped. Detailed was very clear and could almost smell the fragrance. My only let down was wanting to get lager size for the Profumo. Demand gas to be why I love it so and "ALWAYS SOMEONE COMPMENTS both "Female" and Male. Nothing to say when asked except to let them know tough to buy demand is extremely high. Being relatively new to ordering things on line, it appeared to me I east not being charged a delivery fee, but in fact I was, and I was rather upset at that, but very happy with my fragrance.

I wish that fragrance X would provide a better description of the bonus point system that they keep talking about. There’s a 15% discount on pretty much every single solitary order with or without points. If I had anything critical to say it would be that is way too many emails however I could adjust that myself. I just wish I better understood their loyalty points system.

The website itself is really quite efficient. You can find fragrances here at FragranceX that are rare and cheap.. especially if you consider elsewhere. The buying method is straight forward and easy, although I would like the time it takes for fragrances to arrive.
