I was purchasing cologne for my son and was researching popular colognes for young men. I also wanted to find the best pricing available. One of the search engines suggested FragranceX and so I went to the site. I found that pricing was in fact competitive, however many of the great values are for testers and I wasn't interested in an open box or a bottle missing a cap. I wanted retail packaging as this was a gift. Prices were in line with other major retailers if not slightly better. A couple of the items I was interested in were not available and out of stock at that time. I selected other items and ordered from FragranceX and was happy with my buying decision.

First time ordering from the site and it was easy to setup my account and find what I wanted. Customer support was great in helping me ensure my delivery arrived when it needed to. The prices are comparable to other sites.

The one thing that chafes is coupons. You can only use one code at a time - which normally, would not be an issue. But, when you get a card along with your order saying thank-you, and offering "an additional $5 off your order" or similar, you're given the impression that in addition to whatever coupon you're using to place the order, you will also be able to take another $5 off the total. I really wish this were clearer - OR, if it's a glitch, that it be fixed. Thanks for the opportunity to offer some feedback!

I reviewed several online perfume suppliers before I decided on FragranceX.com. The site was easy to use, the prices were even lower than another site I had planned to use, the descriptions were clear,and though they were in the minority, they even included the less than 5 star reviews. The 3 fragrances I ordered were fresh, smelled like I remembered the scent being, were well packaged for safe delivery and were shipped quickly. I would order from FragranceX again and recommend them to anyone who is interested in genuine, name-brand fragrances at a bargain price.

I placed my order and total price was incorrect the order was complete and I reached out on line to customer service their response was immediate and issued a credit for the difference to my credit card. Good prices for a wide variety of colognes. I bought several bottles and most were great, one that I bought without trying first was not what I expected but I gave that one away to a friend who liked it.

Huge selection of fragrances which took some time to find the specific scent I wanted but they seem to be the only ones who have it. Also discovered other items with that scent I had not known about previously. Shipment very quick, arrived sooner than anticipated. Some damage in shipping but do not think it was faulty packaging. One item oozed some gooey, soapy contents but the bottles were easy to wash off producing a delightful smell during the cleaning. If you like to experiment with various fragrances this would be a good place to shop.

My favourite perfume of all time is Boucheron Eau de Toilette which I always order from you. FragranceX has the best customer service & the very best delivery system in the business. My only frustration & it’s no fault of FragranceX, is that I can’t buy the 50 Ml bottle of Boucheron EDT. I believe, like everything else, it is a supply chain problem.

Some challenging products to find in the UK as they have either been discontinued, or never been easy to source in the first place, so it is great to find them here. Very reasonably priced too. Fast delivery and nicely packaged with no damage to the items. I will be ordering again in the near future and will certainly recommend it to any friends or family who are also looking for fragrance

I've bought the same perfume (eclat d'arpege) elsewhere twice having received many compliments by women & men. The smell is pleasant and gets better the longer you have it on and I can smell it on my clothes after many hours. I therefore decided to order 2 bottles in one go as I know this is one of my favourites, however when I applied it, the smell was nowhere intense as the original one I had bought locally. Appeared to be watered down a lot and not the same as the one I bought last year.I had to spray numerous times during the day.

With using the coupon some of the prices are the same as if you would go into a department store. Some of them are cheaper. Coupons are always the same they need to be changed up at times if people are ordering a lot of things they should get more than 15% off every single time you need to fluctuate the coupons.
