FragranceX is the place where I can find the perfumes that here in Thailand is impossible to find. At least original ones. Prices are ~ correct. The charges for transport expensive. And I couldn’t order with my debit card 2 perfumes to deliver them in Europe. I would recommend this website to a friend.

Great products. I will not purchase from another website for perfumes. The minor problems I have had are as follows:I placed an order and finished and a second bottle was offered for a good price so I order the 2nd one and I was asked for Y password and I had forgotten it. I just finished the order without the password.Now not sure if it went thru! The other problem The last 2 bottles have faulty sprays. One does not spray at all, the other once in aw hile.

I shop from this site regularly. The variety is good and even if they do not have what I am looking for, I always join the waiting list and I am notified as soon as the product becomes available. Delivery takes place in a matter of a few days and the packaging is great and safe. I also like the fact that I do not have to pay any extra charges once the product is delivered. I really have no complaints. I love that you have such great prices. I'm sure there may come a day where you don't carry a fragrance I like, but it hasn't happened yet. My only complaint is something you have zero control over, and that is the long/late shipping which just seems to be getting worse overall. But that is out of your control. Overall it is a great site and business. I guess the overall design of the website could be spruced up but that isn't something that is very meaningful to me to be quite honest. Overall, a good experience. I had some very old English Leather and Canoe (20 years or more) that seemed "stronger" than the bottles from FragranceX. Could they get stronger with age? Could be mild evaporation. Will be ordering again.

I have been purchasing my L'air Du Temp Parfume from Fragrance X for many years. This perfume is not stocked by many retailers, especially the Parfume as opposed to the Toilette which is of lesser strength. I love the price; it is much for affordable than I could get from any other site or business. Recently bought my childhood perfumes Loves Baby Soft and Jean Naté. Since I live outside of usa, it took relatively a short amount of time for shipping. Took about 4 working days. I had been looking at various department stores here in Chicago for over the last years and most stores have discontinued my favorite perfume fragrance “White Linen” by Estee Lauders. So, I decided to search on line when I discovered FragranceX and entered “White Linen”into their search column. I was extremely surprised and elated to find my favorite fragrance was available and the price was also exceptional so, I purchased three bottles of White Linen Eau de Parfumerie Spray 2,FL. OZ right away. Normally I would have purchase this product in its larger size 3.7 FL.OZ but FragranceX only had the smaller size because I was absolutely grateful to find this amazing website.

Could make a variety pack where could pick several fragrances in small amount test samples, enable to wear fragrance a time or two, which encourage to buy more and new fragrances that normally not think of doing unless smelled first.
The product I ordered was difficult to find and fragrance x were very good about notifying me when they got it in stock. Price was competitive. Free shipping to South Africa was a huge bonus. Unfortunately the tracking process was poor and it took a very long time to leave the initial drop off site.
Shopping online with fragranceX has been an excellent experience. From the ease of searching with filters for desired products to the timeliness of delivery, the whole experience has been simple and flawless. Even when the desired product was sold-out and unavailable, fragranceX provides the ability to join the "waiting list" so that when the product is back in stock you are notified. My only suggestion would be to provide a feature to allow the customer to view all the perfumes that they are on the waiting list for, otherwise the website fulfills all my needs seamlessly. My original order ended up lost/stuck during delivery and never arrived. I called and had a very helpful, pleasant customer service interaction. I was offered a refund or RE-shipment. I requested a Re-shipment. This one arrived as scheduled! I am pleased with my outcome!
Ordered some chrome Legend by Azarro, it’s really good scent for me. The wife digs it , so all is peaches and cream. Also like Chrome original too.
This perfume, Hannae Mori, is unique. Took a little while to get used in it. Now I like it as a daytime scent.

Overall experience really great. The only negative is the cost of shipping overseas and South Africa in particular. There is also no explanations provided as to why there is such a delay between time of order and actual shipment to country of destination. As a customer one is left in a vacuum as to where are the ordered goods when compared to identified points in the shipping process. Despite the aforementioned I will continue to order from yourselves and have no hesitation in recommending yourselves to others. The wait is well worth it!
Amazing prices and great range. Testers also available at discounted prices. Customer support is top notch. My only criticism would be navigating the website as it doesn't have many filters/departments or a side menu but that's a minor inconvenience compared to how good this online shop truly is. I don't know all the other discount perfumers but their prices are consistently the lowest with a few exceptions. The products arrive as advertised and the shipping is very fast.
I think they have good variety of men's cologne and their prices are okay sometimes I can't find what I mean and sometimes is tricky to figure out what is 80% off from what. Overall pretty decent company.

Ive used this fragrancex for a couple of years now. The prices on the products are amazing! I would only ask that when a perfume/cologne is advertised it should specify if lotions and body wash is only available and not the said product.
I order colognes on a regular basis from fragrance X. I’m always excited to try out the new cologne, and the return of the product if I don’t like it is very easy. Overall great experience! Great fragrances, although you do tend to be out of my Gucci quite often. However I don’t necessarily know that it’s your fault or Gucci replacing the fragrance which just annoys me.
