The product selection, pricing, and return policy are the foremost reasons I shop with FragranceX. So kudos for delivering all those. A customer-friendly website with great informational videos about the product being looked at by the customer. I must say that they are better than their peers, but there are times in the recent past when I have not been able to get the product that I wanted a couple of times, so the website should invest in something like a suggestion list for the perfumes that are close to the original that I was looking for.
Straightforward, simple ordering process. Great, competitive prices that are some of the lowest around. No complains - I definitely recommend the website to others.

You must add a wish list to the page, where the user can have a preselection of the items of interest. On the other hand, the discounts that are generated by purchase must be added to the 15% that the store always gives.

I previously bought on another website, and shipments take up to 15 days to arrive at my address, being shipments within the USA. In fragranceX I received it 3 days after making the purchase and the shipment was the same day, it seems perfect. FragranceX has been my go-to site for ordering fragrances online. I’m currently waiting for a specific fragrance to come back in stock and it’s been out for quite some time, while it’s readily available on other sites. Also, I find it deceiving to receive emails claiming “free shipping” only to find that there’s a minimum purchase amount required to receive free shipping. Otherwise, I’ve always been please with your site!

It is simple to search for products on their site, with loads of product options; prices are unbeatable; payment methods are easily facilitated; the delivery took slightly longer than promised, but was well worth the wait. I will for sure be ordering all my perfumes from FragranceX in the future, and absolutely have been telling family & friends of this wonderful opportunity. The only negative I have, is the constant daily bombardment of advertising which is really annoying.

I love the ease how fast the order shipped and arrived tracking was also good. Item was package very well. Will purchase again from this site. The only thing I didn't like was some kind of pop up after I hit pay that came up asking if I wanted to purchase the same perfume it was confusing and a little deceiving making me think I didn't place my order so I had to go look at my card to see if it took it out to be sure otherwise I would have ordered the same thing twice

Ive made many purchases from fragrancex to expand my perfume collection. However, 2 or 3 bottles of my purchases did not meet the expectation in terms of longevity...it would last only for 2 or 3 hours, contradicting to the hype. Perhaps its my body chemistry.

Love my Chantilly, have used it for over 25 years. Lovely fresh scent, and many compliments. However I do not need boxed items (you used to have unboxed at lower price) but still have to pay for presentation package. As a senior in Canada the $s hit home.

The ck perfume that I ordered I really hate the scent...I am all the way in Jamaica so I'm unable to return it....I love the other 2 perfumes though....is it possible to give me a credit or something to get another perfume to replace the ck perfume? I was pleased by the selection Fragrance X had. Though they didn't have what I wanted I was able to purchase several other fragrances I was happy with. One was mine and the other a gift. Mine is very good. Smell is great and stays with you which is most important to me.i will buy again
I like the variety of sizes of each individual fragrance. You can always find something within your budget. And it helps to be able to try out a smaller sized container, to see if I like it. I would like the product fragrance description to be up top. If I can't find how something smells easily (which is the most important thing) I will scroll past. I ordered Arden Beauty, and love it. I get compliments every single time I wear it.
I found FragranceX to have a great selection along with terrific prices. I found their selection and prices to be better than other internet perfume retailers. I would definitely use them again and also would recommend them.

On the plus side: Large selection of hard to find perfumes; reasonable prices for most items; quick delivery & secure packaging; excellent & available customer service. The only negatives are: Since no sample or travel sizes are available to buy for most, depending on customer reviews on making purchases not smart; more detailed descriptions of scents (as in Fragrantica site would be great; long wait time for some & a few not even listed for wait list. Overall, pretty happy though & have definitely recommended.

The order process and selection of fragrance’s you choose from is very convenient! Love how easy it is to search for a certain fragrance whether it’s available or not! The only thing I didn’t like was my order came maybe 2 weeks after the date it said it was delivered, it may have got mixed up in shipping but I did get it! Also they didn’t have one of the colognes I ordered which is why I thought it took so long to be shipped! I’ve ordered here before and it came quicker than I expected, but I definitely will be shopping here again!

For example, I bought Joe Malone perfume, and total it costed me more than 79 or MR. I hope to find much cheaper prices in your website. That’s what encourage me to buy more and more. Another thing annoyed me is that you are always sending me mailers saying that you have 30 to 80% discount but when I go to the website I couldn’t find more than 15%. Products such as Chanel Allure are on order for more than a year. Surely that can be speeded up. Once order is placed there is no phone number to call to track it. You can track it online to a point. Once it reaches the local port and the courier is supposed to fetch it, there is no way to track the order. It was delivered a week later than the online date of delivery Bank charges are not disclosed for international purchases. That is the banks responsible sibikity but perhaps the site can mention the possible bank charge. Otherwise the product and the process of ordering was awesome. I will be back and order more. I will also recommend

Hi. I ordered a Versace Dylan Blue 200ml EDT from FragranceX on 26th February. Finding the product I wanted was no issue at all due to their simple website. However it does look a bit dated. Everything apart from the updates I got regarding my parcel was excellent. My parcel rarely updated on the website. Often times I had to email customer support. But thanks to their speedy replies, I was assured that my parcel was safe and still on delivery. I only received my parcel on 22 May but that was only because we had a public holiday a day before my delivery. My actual product was secure and was well packaged. Thanks FragranceX!

Ive never had a bad experience shopping at FragranceX. Their site makes fragrances easy to find, plus you have a variety of different purchase options on most fragrances from soaps to lotions to sample/travel sized fragrances (just in case you may not like it), to the regular sized bottles. They may not have every fragrance you may be looking for but most of the time, in my experience, theyll have it. And if not, theyll put your on a notification list to let you know once they do have it. I would recommend FragranceX because they have vintage colognes/perfumes as well as new ones. And for those frugal like me, you dont have to spend a whole lot to still smell amazing!
