I love this site, the only gripe I have is not with you but with the manufacturer. I don’t mind paying the prices for their products but a few of my favorites have gotten noticeably smaller. I like the bigger ones because I do go through a lot so then it doesn’t run out as quickly

I would always recommend checking fragrance x as I do myself when looking for something specific. I usually end up shopping from 2 competitors, however. The reason is it’s almost always more expensive on fragrance x. Shipping could be a little quicker but overall I am satisfied with my experiences. I am a fragrance collector & reviewer. If the products were better priced with free shipping I would purchase from this website much more than I do.

I ordered Elizabeth Arden 5th Ave perfume. At first i was hesistant to purchase thinking that the scent will not last long or the notes may differ. But at the end of the day, "we" are looking for a discount too, so when I put the two fragrances into Google, FragranceX came up with both -- and for the best price. I have been using Fragrance X for sometime now and I have not at a bad experience to date. Delivery service is great and I have had no reason to contact customer care so I cannot rate that. What I dont like about Fragrance X is when I see a price for an item and then at check out i am being advised to add another of the same item in order to get the price which was advertised. Other than that everything is good.

Order 2 perfumes for my wife, one she used before (Elizabeth Taylor Passion) one she used a similar product ( Charli Gold). They were shipped packed very well 3,333 miles across the country from New York to British Columbia Canada. They were so well pkged that nothing happened to them. In order to get the product here in Canada it would have much more costly. My wife is very happy with both products.

Everytime I purchase from FragranceX, I always check first the comments from the people who bought already and so far the commenrs are I think accurate. Even the video video regarding details of some products are I should say correct. There is no bogus in the comments section. The only problem I have encountered which this happened to me three times already, some products arrived with unsealed box (perfume's box) when in fact I didn't order for testers. Over all, I enjoyed the products and service and would love to recommend to my friends.

FragranceX has always carried my favourite perfume, which has been around since the 80’s. It’s perfect and there’s nothing else like it. You can’t get it in my country at a store so I have to get it online. It’s high quality at a decent price.

It takes 10-12 days before I get my package, I live in Denmark, but there have never been anything wrong with my package when it arrives and I will keep buying my perfumes with FragranceX, I love it ??

Love the perfume I got it smells amazing ?? at first I had too get used to it being a bit to fruity but it changes a bit after few minutes, when it dries down will most definitely buy it again.

I ask for a fragrance that was earthy. A Patchouli, musk, and a natural scent is the base of fragrance I was looking for. The BOSS didn’t smell like these scents.
In terms of some of those products that go out of stock quickly, Arabiyat Prestige Nayal Queen, Not your fault, and sometimes difficult to get to the email that tells you that it is back in stock in time, before everyone else has!

And I buy my boyfriend Paco Raban "Invictus" & he has gotten compliments every single time he wears it. The prices are about the best I've found online & that's why I've been a very satisfied customer for so long. One disappointment, however, is the fact that I cannot seem to get Coco Chanel any more. I bought my favorite Dior Addict perfume for the 2nd time and it was perfect. The delivery company was not so good and my only negative remark would be that they should use another one, like UPS

I love the Light Blu Fragrance. I could never find it in the perfume only in eau de toilette which loses it's smell quickly. Your fragrances keep smelling good all day. LOVE YOUR PRODUCTS!!!

I enjoy shopping on fragrancex, the site is very helpful. The problem I have is that when something is out of stock, it seems that it doesn't come back in stock at all anymore, then why not just say the items are discontinued instead. There is a variety of fragrances that is discontinued in our country and I can still get it on the site. Please just update the site and stock regularly.

I know what I like for me, but it is impossible to evaluate a fragrance for my wife online from my computer. Even the descriptions don't convey it. One day we'll be able to do this. So, I usually have to choose something that's popular. This time I chose 'Eternity' and my wife loves it. I like it, too. Previously I had bought 'White Shoulders' which, to me, smells like bug spray. I also bought 'White Diamonds' which is better, but not that great. Think I'll stay with 'Eternity' unless you can suggest something else she might like.

This site has excellent value in men's fragrance, with lots of testers available, and a sizeable range of inventory. EDT selection is solid, particularly re. some older picks and some phenomenal cheapies. Some colognes and more recent fragrances generally are in shorter supply, and/or sell out more regularly. Would strongly recommend for low-cost introductions to different fragrances, and for searching up hard-to-find gifts. Through several purchases, never had any issues with damage. Shipping is standard to slow, but fairly consistent.
Was referred to this site by a friend and I'm not disappointed will shop again and again and also recommend.... the only con I could say is don't have much variety and the size options limited but apart from that I love !
