I wanted aramis in the concentrated bottle , it's stronger , more potent lasts longer , got it before but couldn't locate it now, the bottle I got is good , just weaker scent.
Love to get my perfume and it’s legit. A few I would like that I have a problem getting and don’t see but there are so many that I do like and will try
Having looked for a while for a particular perfume that appears to be difficult to find in the UK I was really pleased to find it on FragranceX.com. The bottles were described as testers and may not have a cap or box. The price was great and as I was purchasing for myself I was not worried about the packaging. I took a risk and ordered two bottles hoping they would come in some sort of a box. The bottles arrived promptly and were in plain brown cardboard boxes. Not great if required as a present but, for the price, ideal for me. If you are not bothered about presentation and price is a factor I would definitely recommend on this experience.
I ordered the Bulgari Amythyst toilette and it is wonderful. Soft and light and so feminine. Perfect for warmer weather. Subtle and refreshing.

All of there products are well explain including peoples reviews. They have video to explain the product in detail. They even teach you on how to use and were to spray the product for the best results. The only Con i would have is if you make an order on a Friday it seems to take a bit longer to ship as i noticed it stays at the wearhouse until Sunday night or early Monday morning. Saying this if it would be ship on the same day instead of sitting in the wearhouse for 2 or 3 days. That would help to get your purchase much faster. Besides that i have no complaints.

So much cheap fragrances it can't be real right? WELL IT IS!. I ordered 2 colognes and got free delivery all the way to South Africa. My order delayed BIG TIME so when I contacted for support I was met with great service n they informed me that they had long shipped the products and I realized that my local shipping was the one at fault. The thing I like fragrance X it come in time and you don't have to wait forever to receive your products, I like it because u get the same product for less and I like the flexibility of paying
I liked the ordering process and they had a wide selection available for me to pick from of fragrances. The prices were extremely competitive and fair in comparison to other fragrance retailers. The shipping was very prompt and quick to deliver and I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. I will for sure use FragranceX.com again in the future. The only cons that I could list is that they seemed to be out of stock on a few fragrances that I was interested in, but the selection they did have available was better priced than it is even at discount retailers such as TJ Maxx and Ross.
I have used Shalimar for many years, I ordered a bottle and it had a good price and was packaged wel but it did not smell ike Shalimar maybe it was old or something

I ordered a couple of bodycology pure white gardenia body sprays. Pros The items arrived earlier than expected. The items were exactly as described and the smell is better than ever. The bottles were plastic so no concern over them being broken but the packaging was very good and protected the items well. Cons No negatives to be honest it was exactly what I wanted.

The only problem I have with ordering online is I can rarely get Afterpay to work on your website. You offer it and it will let you do everything like it's going to go through but at the end it will tell you something went wrong with this option. This has kept me from ordering more than once. Other than that, your website is great. I compare it with couple other places I have used to purchase my perfume and you are always the best value.

I love your site because your free shipping limit is within reach for people like me. My biggest pet peeve is having to drill into a product to see what is has available. A set of filters that says full bottle/Samples/Skin care/testers would be great, so I can filter out the samples and lotions that I don't buy. Thank you

Some of the perfumes that I ordered seemed to be larger in the picture and I received them they were like samples. I have ordered before and I have not had any problems with what I ordered. What I saw online is what I received, but not this time around. I recommend this company over an over. You all should give away samples to valued customers in order for them to buy more

The ordering process was great. I found exactly what I wanted to order. I live in Brunei and it was a gift for my sister living in South Africa. I found the tracking process difficult. Although emails were sent to me, I couldn’t follow the tracking of the product on-line. It was a birthday surprise for her, so I didn’t want her to track it. In the end I told her, which made it easier, as she could make the calls to the delivery service herself. But in the end, a very successful and joyful surprise for her. Thank you!

The only con I encountered is even though I bought the perfume at the discounted coupon price it offered online, I was not able to get the additional $5.00 coupon off I was sent with my product which did not seem fair. The Jimmy Choo tester that I purchased is my favorite perfume and I have purchased it numerous times. I would buy products from Fragrance X because the company is reliable, the products are of the highest quality.
Favorite X easy to find what you looking for all you have to do is type in your cologne or perfume and it will come up pretty reasonable gets there on time I'll recommend to try it
I like to buy my perfume/after shave when Fragrance X has them on special. Prices are generally good but when on special they are really good deals.
I love this site, my only issue is that they do not allow for you to enter your cvv when entering your card information and every time I purchase I have to call my bank to authorize the purchase for my order to come off hold and be processed.

I ordered Eilish no.1 and honestly I absolutely love it. It's my main perfume that I use now but the best thing about it was that the price wad unbeatable. I would have paid double at my local Ulta which scared me when ordering at first because I thought maybe I wouldn't actually get the same eilish perfume and it would've been a cheap knock off but it's not and I'm genuinely impressed. The only issue I can say needs improvement is better, more complete product descriptions on some of the Arabian products. My orders are always packed with care and usually ship within a timely fashion. The products themselves have been of genuine and high quality. I have never received expired product or packaging that has been opened or in bad condition. My customer service rating reflects a score down due to a incident regarding a missing product from an order that I received no help on and a difficult customer service representative, there was no resolve on that problem. That resulted in my opting to place orders with other companies for a time. I have placed several orders recently with Fragrancex with no issues.

My favorite fragrances are White Diamonds and Cool Water for women. Unfortunately, this time both items were not available, but, the other items I like were. The prices are very reasonable, though I am not happy that the prices continue to increase on previously purchased items, and I am not sure why this is.
