I live in South Africa and the availability of products is not always optimal here. There is good availability on Fragrance X for what I want. More than anything though the prices in South Africa for imported products is really high. Fragrance X prices are much lower than what I can buy locally and also a bit lower than the other online platforms that are willing to ship to South Africa. It is a huge bonus that the shipping is free. I have ordered from the site a number of time and will continue to do so.
I enjoy shopping on the site for the prices and availability of certain items unavailable in stores. As for the shipping there seems to be an additional charge if I order more than one item at a time. This is not clear why. Aleays satisfied with products.

So I just recently bought a perfume from this site for the first time, and after trying it out, I can safely say it was a success. The price offers on a lot of the perfumes on this website are very good and it's good that they're also legitimate. Another pro I found was how transparent the charges were which is something I really appreciate. As for cons, I think my biggest one would be the actual selection of products that are in store as some brands will have a good array while some may be limited to just 1 or 2. If I were to recommend this site, if a person can find their perfume in here then I would definitely recommend them to order it through this site.

The online purchase experience is good. Before it was great I would get my product in 2 to 3 days. I am guessing that was because you were located in Long Island. I love Fragrance x. I've shopped with them since I started my perfume journey and that was a few years ago. It's just some perfumes they never get back in stock for what ever reason. I would recommend this site to everyone because the prices are amazing. The prices are the lowest I have found on the internet. I just hate that the price went up on the amount you have to spend to get free shipping. Other than that they're the best.
The company is great and shopping online was very easy. Unfortunately, I can't walk around stores anymore due to physical issues so I can't try on the product or ask for samples which is what I normally and wear it for a week to make my final decision. Here I have to rely on the descriptions and reviews. I purchased one of the Creed fragrances because I was looking for something floral with the scent of gardinea. My selection was good, a little on the lighter side but it is growing on me. FLores de Gardenia is a very nice scent. I would still love a sample before I commit though.

The KNOWING by Estee Lauder I have ordered is not the same smell of what I was using back in the 80'S. although smell lasted tho. The authentic one has a smell of smooth scent of flowers. But this one has a very strong musculine scent. Recommended for male use.

I recommend fragrance X because this site is cheaper than mall price. All fragrance is authentic and 100% original. It’s easy to order in the site. The cons is just the parcel is not that secured. Upon receiving my order there were no fillers inside to protect the perfume from breaking. I hope that they will wrap the fragrances in bubble wrap to prevent breakage from the shipment.

Product choice is always good, prices are usually within the top 2 or 3 on line suppliers and customer service/support is great....even when I messed up my payment when placing last order, Customer Support resolved the issue without any problem. Absolutely love, love, love this site, was a bit dubious at first but the website was so easy to navigate and I was kept up to date with the tracking and delivered on time I doubt very much that I will go anywhere else for my fragrances.

The individual that I bought the perfume for loves it. My only issue is that the delivery date shown at the time of checkout is not the date that it was delivered. It was delivered later.

It was very easy to order online at this site. Fragrance X has a great assortment of popular fragrances, some less common fragrances may not be available. Be careful to look for 'perfume' if that is the strength you want (as opposed to toilet water or Eau de Parfum.) I thought the shipping prices were a bit high, but not outrageous. Fast delivery and the items were boxed nicely. A try before you buy option would be a nice addition.

Just Recently my order was canceled without notice. Thankfully your customer service reply to my queries regarding the package and stated that it got lost. I re-ordered again hopefully it'll arrive on time. It takes a month and a half for your package to arrived. Make it shorter as possible. Most of your products has detailed descriptions which helps a lot on choosing desired scent specially when I want to try a new product. But some products do not have this description. Overall I'm satisfied with your products. P.s Putting no box (Tester) products for lower prices on your site is why I loved your store. I did recommend it to a friend for this reason.

I ordered my favorite pink friday body spray. I was not able to track it nor was I able to anticipate the arrival. Once I received my products I could not wait to try them. I was extremely disappointed. I sprayed the body spray on and within 20 minutes you could no longer smell it. So now I have 2 bottles of my favorite body spray no one can smell.
