Good overall website , pricing is fair but there were charges that weren’t specified which made my shopping experience a little dissatisfying

FragranceX.com is my web site to purchase men's cologne. Always easy to find product desired and purchase is easy. Unfortunately, the scent is short lived on my Tommy Bahama Maritime cologne, no fault of FragranceX.com.

I had a nice shopping experience, several varieties of fragraces to choose from and sizes too, and they are also affordable. Order tracking was perfect too. Updates on order was also timely and prompt. I will definitely recommend others to purchase from the website.

So I have been pretty happy with my orders so far. I’ve been with you guys for a couple years now. But I know it could be better.

I love your site you always have what I want I have more in my cart but I am going to order it later it so much easier to order on line

I recommend it, as you can find literally every fragrance you want. Although it takes a really long time to deliver, it's fine.

Love this site as it has what i like and have wore for many years.. The down side is I get to many advertisements.

The price is cheaper, easy & convenient thru online purchase; but some of my favorite brands are on waiting list, and will recommend FragranceX.com to friends too.

My overall experience was wonderful. The website was easy to use thanks to the search bar and the wide variety of selections. However, fragrances like Invictus Intense was not available. I'd recommend this site because the fragrances are genuine and delivery is fast. The pros of this site is the ability to pay over time instead of all at once if yu want several fragrances. I guess the cons would be the waiting period for unavailable fragrances.

The product was right on point and the shipping was right on..I would definitely recommend this site. Looking forward to do business in the near future.

This purchase is very popular as was sold out but restocked in reasonable time. Thus I ordered a bottle. Order was very timely.. arrived in about seven days. Well packaged items in really strong boxes so no risk of damaging the product. I was surprised when I opened the box and found a generous sized bottle of the perfume I ordered which was Victoria's Secret Bare Vanilla....250ml size. The fragrance is so deliciously vanilla without being overpowering with subtle notes and smells great on. I love it and it will take a long time to use up if ever. I have everything good to say about Fragrance X and have ordered many times in past years from them. Each time I have always received my orders and the one time I didn't I notified customer service and they replaced the lost order free of charge. The perfumes are all genuine/original brands and are less expensive than buying in a store, at least half the price in some cases. Price also depends on size, perfumes brand and if it comes in a box or not. Fragrance X is a very reputable/trustworthy online store and they stand behind their products. I highly recommend them to anyone as you can feel confident in ordering from them due to these facts stated here. Thank you so much Fragrance X staff. You are one of the best!

Had a little trouble with a leak in the box. Was cordially refunded $5. I would recommend FragranceX. Had blind-bought fragrance by description given. It's wonderful!

I am enjoying the Jennifer Aniston spray mist I purchased. It is a great price. It was easy to order. I wish there was a smaller version of the perfume in stock. Other than that I am very pleased with the whole process from ordering to delivery.

At first attempt I could not order the item I required as was out of stock. So just persevered but ended up buying a tester. No big deal. The other fragrance bought I did not know the brand and when I received was still not sure, but now I love it.

I am really fond of san sui perfumes and fragrancex has several different ones. The bottles the perfume comes in is so cute and collectible.

I always buy from here mainly due to price and can’t believe how quickly the perfume arrives DPD are the best too and easy to track. A slight mix up on my part at payment process but customer service sorted and explained quickly as opposed to other sites where you get automated responses had a real person help me

Fragrancex.com is a great website to buy fragrances that are hard to find at a decent price. Their prices are much better than retail stores. Most of the fragrances that I have bought have been really good.

I have been ordering from Fragrance X since 2014. I have tried many fragrances. I have never had damaged or lost order. Usually 4 days is delivery time. Recently storms delayed my order and I was out of town when my perfume was delivered. However my son was able to pick up for me. I like that FX uses US post office. I have used Paris by Yves St Laurent but it is finally discontinued. I think FX has found me a new replacement.

Very good but always room for improvement . Could offer a points program for larger discounts or free products. A free 25$ bottle on your birthday. Or some outher incentives.

I initially hesitated to make a purchase because I was concerned about the overseas shipping, which could take a month. I've had experiences with other sites that claimed to offer authentic scents but ended up being quite disappointing. However, after reading what appeared to be genuine reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I ordered Kenneth Cole Black and D&G Pour Homme [Tester]. As expected, delivery took nearly a month, but I was thrilled to receive my items, which were packed with great care. Even though they were labeled as testers, they looked and felt high-end. I love Shalimar. I don't wear any other scent. I'm told it is an old lady's smell. I disagree. I wanted the 3.1 refill for eau de toilette and could not find it. So, I got the Parfum. I prefer the eau do toilette. I don't know why you don't have it.

My experience was wonderful with the site. Easy ordering, great value. I was disappointed with the Paloma Picasso fragrance. I used to wear it back in the day and decided to order it years later because the price was great. When I used it, I noticed the scent had changed and smelled like medicine, so I do not recommend that at all.

I wrote to your company and all they could say was send it back. I am a senior pretty much housebound and figured I’d just keep it. I’m very disappointed as this was the best perfume for me . I use to get sooo many compliments when I wore it. Not one person mentioned it this time so I know the strength was different. I am very disappointed.
