I'm satisfied with my purchase, delivery not on time was maybe because due to the holiday season. I'm just a little annoyed during payment with my card, I need to call the bank to get my OTP, first purchase it went through automatically. Second and third purchased need to verify with my bank. The experience was spectacular. The support team is very responsive and provides accurate and clear information to satisfy my concerns. Product quality is great variety is great as well. I LOVE perfumes/colognes and it's easy to spend time browsing the wide selection. Each purchase is satisfactory. This site has mostly pros. The only con I find is that I buy and ship to Canada and because of the exchange rates my final invoice would be off. Which I asked and it was explained by a support agent very clearly as I thought I would have been invoiced in Canadian Dollars. Overall this site is my go to. I would love if there was a app for this site where I can have on my phone.

Ordering was easy. The items shipped as described. There was only one little problem of something with my address was not able to correct it on my end, but after the item was returned by the mail or the carrier, Fragancex representativeswere pretty quickly about sending it back out..
Placed order and received within a week which is good from us. to uk. they where a christmas gift so cannot comment on the fragrance and await her comment`s, but was completely impressed by this site would use it again.

I ordered a few Deodrants and they are exactly as I thought and they smell so good and everyone liked them too. The shipping is not to long and it arrives at ur door! The only negative thing would be that it costs a bit more to ship, than to order from a local webstore/store. I have been a customer of Fragrance X for some years... started out with Dolce and Gabbana's Light Bleu and a fragrance from DKNY. I enjoy light refreshing scents, and I appreciate the descriptions of the products, and being able to view customer reviews. The price point of most products is affordable, and one can often buy a smaller amount of a product, if one is assessing if it is a good scent for them. The shipments never take very long, and I have always do receive my purchases in good condition.
Everything was great, from landing on website to paying for the perfume..... which is now discontinued and hard to find so was really happy to find it on fragrancex!!! Only thing was delivery, it was very slow and I started to worry by day 7, but now I've got complete faith and would totally recommend yourselves it was just slower delivery than expected....ordered late November so wasn't Christmas rush delay, just think you should make it really bold and clear delivery times. But that aside brilliant website and product was perfect thank you

I liked the variety of products available on the fragrance site and the variety of product sizes. I would like access to roller perfume sizes. This gives me chance to really choose a perfume sizes before purchasing a full size product.

I love the fragrance x site. I have ordered through them about 4 times now. There's a good variety on products/sizes/prices. I have even found hard to find fragrances for my mother that she can't find anymore plus many good modern ones as well! Pricing is more than fair considering the prices at department stores and other places I've been. I will continue to order through fragrance x. The only con to this is not being able to smell each new one I'd like to try, although some fragrances do have smaller purse size perfumes to try without paying a large amount on a full size bottle. The only issue I had was the gift wrap that I purchase with the cologne, the note didn’t came out as expected. The emoji wasn’t on it, however it had some punctuation marks, which didnt make the note as appealing as expected. That’s the only issue that I had with my post purchase experience. Other wise i had a great experience shopping with Fragrance. I’ll definitely be back !

I now work at Dillards, so I know how it smells, and I got something else that was in the Oud & Bergamont BOTTLE. I do wish you would say if a color is different than it should be, it is ok if it doesn't change the fragrance Some colors change and they say the perfume is ok but if true please state example Chopard Wish never comes blue color anymore green or gray Is it ok?

Maja bath powder is a strong perfume (for a powder). The scent lasts for hours. I puff it on once or twice daily to enjoy all the time.

Great pricing as compared to local suppliers, only downside is I am unable to use my bank to pay and have to use PayPal, which incurs additional fees. Prices on website deviate from the total that is to be paid through PayPal. Overall, good site, great selection of products, some niche brands unavailable, 9/10.

The products wsre in good condition when it arrived. The itme itself was genuine and good performance. The only thing that was not good, was the delivery. I ordered it on Nov. 13, and it arrive around December. It's beyond than the timeframe.

Yeah you know what I'm happy with the fragrance and everything and the website looks cool and stuff. The only issue I had was with checkout and I want sure how much the delivery would cost and paying with klara didn't work. Ended up paying the whole amount rather than spreading the payments.
I used to like fragrance x when it cared more about teaching people about fragrance. At one time you could tap on a fragranceto find out about the perfumery house it came from.. Find out the top, Middle and bottom notes of a Perfume and it's silage. With this information I could buy a perfume.I've never tried before and pick what I know I'd like and it was spot on . Just by knowing what you liked in your favorite perfumes. Personally I hate green grass smells and patutioli. Love bergamot and certain white flowers, amber and fruits.Youve lost your charm to the bottom line.

I have been ordering fragrances from Fragrance X for over ten years...! I love the variety, and, of course, the prices!! I derive great pleasure from fresh floral and ocean/aquatic scents. Calvin Klein "One" is a great example of an all-purpose energizing and uplifting scent..that I never tire of, and, it is a great price on Fragrance X. If I want to try a new scent, but need to actually smell it, often Fragrance X will have small samples one can buy that are not expensive. The wait for my purchase in the mail is never too long..and it is like my birthday or Christmas...to receive the package, open it and to experience a new scent, or an old favorite!!

FragranceX has a huge selection to choose from for Men and women. I'm not always crazy about the size of the bottle they have to offer but they usually have what I'm looking for. I would like to see more off on sale items instead of 15% most of the time.

EVERY perfume should be described by how it smells, and should ALWAYS include what the top, middle and base notes are. I rarely buy any perfume without a description

It's wonderful to be able to purchase at such a low price, and it's also great that shipping to distant countries is relatively inexpensive. It would be nice to have more bottle size options, and more niche brands would be appreciated as well. Overall, though, the prices and selection are excellent.
Overall, as seen by my points in the above survey, I am very satisfied with Fragrance X. I have recommended the site often! I once had a disappointing result from customer service after lodging a complaint about a product. I do not remember all the details now...but I do remember thinking it was not worthy of a company wishing to 'corner the market'. For me...as I am abroad...shipping costs are fairly high...so maybe something can be done about that! I also never buy the amount for free shipping as it would incur taxes on arrival in my country. Because of shipping costs it actually work out cheaper for me to buy certain items locally. But so far I have never found my original ARPEGE anywhere else...so you will have me for a customer forever!

Awesome site and great prices. The problem is when you have to confirm your order through the email, it said I had to provide a six digit code which I didn't get and my order ended up failing, I had to reorder and call customer service to confirm my purchase, which I found very inconvenient but the customer service was top notch, they were very helpful. Another down side was the delivery. They put the delivery address inside the package and the delivery failed so I had to update my delivery address. I'm enjoying the fragrance I bought though and it was a real bargain, I will shop again just to see If I get the same experience but I feel like this site has a lot of potential
I wear the Vanilla Fields purfume, by Coty, and this seems to be the only website where I can find this purfume easily. While the difficulty is the product being available which can be lengthy periods where it's not. I am a regular customer of this site for this purfume.

I have shopped with FragranceX for over 10 years. I have never received a damaged package or had a package lost. Delivery is really on time when expected. The company seems to have a good relationship with the US Postal Service. Many times I have found fragrances which have been discontinued. Paris by Yves St.Laurent is a long time favorite. I like the listing of fragrance notes. I have two long time friends who are specifically allergic to a fragrance notes. I only have one fragrance which Fragrance X does not carry. So this is why I recommend FragranceX.

I have been using this website for a few years and am very pleased. My suggestion would be to have a favorites area where we can save perfumes that we like instead of adding them to our carts. I love that FragranceX now saves my cart whenever I save my products. Also, it would be nice to have body mists (body sprays), deodorants, creams, and lotions in a separate section from the colognes. Now they are all bunched together. this means the website could do with a little tweaking. But overall, I love the site.
