I love the fragrance x site. I have ordered through them about 4 times now. There's a good variety on products/sizes/prices. I have even found hard to find fragrances for my mother that she can't find anymore plus many good modern ones as well! Pricing is more than fair considering the prices at department stores and other places I've been. I will continue to order through fragrance x. The only con to this is not being able to smell each new one I'd like to try, although some fragrances do have smaller purse size perfumes to try without paying a large amount on a full size bottle. I’ve ordered before and always got everything I ordered. This last order I ordered 1 Perry Ellis red 360 body spray and 1 Perry Ellis deodorant spray. I didn’t get the body spray they sent 2 deodorant spray

The only issue I had was the gift wrap that I purchase with the cologne, the note didn’t came out as expected. The emoji wasn’t on it, however it had some punctuation marks, which didnt make the note as appealing as expected. That’s the only issue that I had with my post purchase experience. Other wise i had a great experience shopping with Fragrance. I’ll definitely be back !

I ordered Jo Malone Oud & Bergamont. Everything looked great, until I sprayed some on.IT WASN'T OUD & BERGAMONT. I worked at Neiman Marcus for 3.5 years, where i 1st was introduced to Jo Malone. I now work at Dillards, so I know how it smells, and I got something else that was in the Oud & Bergamont BOTTLE. I do wish you would say if a color is different than it should be, it is ok if it doesn't change the fragrance Some colors change and they say the perfume is ok but if true please state example Chopard Wish never comes blue color anymore green or gray Is it ok?

Maja bath powder is a strong perfume (for a powder). The scent lasts for hours. I puff it on once or twice daily to enjoy all the time.

This was my first shopping experience with FragranceX and I can't say that there were any issues. But although my first experience was problem free I would really like to shop again and test the process before I give my 100% approval rating.
Great pricing as compared to local suppliers, only downside is I am unable to use my bank to pay and have to use PayPal, which incurs additional fees. Prices on website deviate from the total that is to be paid through PayPal. Overall, good site, great selection of products, some niche brands unavailable, 9/10.

The products wsre in good condition when it arrived. The itme itself was genuine and good performance. The only thing that was not good, was the delivery. I ordered it on Nov. 13, and it arrive around December. It's beyond than the timeframe.

Yeah you know what I'm happy with the fragrance and everything and the website looks cool and stuff. The only issue I had was with checkout and I want sure how much the delivery would cost and paying with klara didn't work. Ended up paying the whole amount rather than spreading the payments.
I used to like fragrance x when it cared more about teaching people about fragrance. At one time you could tap on a fragranceto find out about the perfumery house it came from.. Find out the top, Middle and bottom notes of a Perfume and it's silage. With this information I could buy a perfume.I've never tried before and pick what I know I'd like and it was spot on . Just by knowing what you liked in your favorite perfumes. Personally I hate green grass smells and patutioli. Love bergamot and certain white flowers, amber and fruits.Youve lost your charm to the bottom line.

I have been ordering fragrances from Fragrance X for over ten years...! I love the variety, and, of course, the prices!! I derive great pleasure from fresh floral and ocean/aquatic scents. Calvin Klein "One" is a great example of an all-purpose energizing and uplifting scent..that I never tire of, and, it is a great price on Fragrance X. If I want to try a new scent, but need to actually smell it, often Fragrance X will have small samples one can buy that are not expensive. The wait for my purchase in the mail is never too long..and it is like my birthday or Christmas...to receive the package, open it and to experience a new scent, or an old favorite!!

FragranceX has a huge selection to choose from for Men and women. I'm not always crazy about the size of the bottle they have to offer but they usually have what I'm looking for. I would like to see more off on sale items instead of 15% most of the time.

I once had a disappointing result from customer service after lodging a complaint about a product. I do not remember all the details now...but I do remember thinking it was not worthy of a company wishing to 'corner the market'. For me...as I am abroad...shipping costs are fairly high...so maybe something can be done about that! I also never buy the amount for free shipping as it would incur taxes on arrival in my country. Because of shipping costs it actually work out cheaper for me to buy certain items locally. But so far I have never found my original ARPEGE anywhere else...so you will have me for a customer forever!

Awesome site and great prices. The problem is when you have to confirm your order through the email, it said I had to provide a six digit code which I didn't get and my order ended up failing, I had to reorder and call customer service to confirm my purchase, which I found very inconvenient but the customer service was top notch, they were very helpful. Another down side was the delivery. They put the delivery address inside the package and the delivery failed so I had to update my delivery address. I'm enjoying the fragrance I bought though and it was a real bargain, I will shop again just to see If I get the same experience but I feel like this site has a lot of potential
I wear the Vanilla Fields purfume, by Coty, and this seems to be the only website where I can find this purfume easily. While the difficulty is the product being available which can be lengthy periods where it's not. I am a regular customer of this site for this purfume.

I have shopped with FragranceX for over 10 years. I have never received a damaged package or had a package lost. Delivery is really on time when expected. The company seems to have a good relationship with the US Postal Service. Many times I have found fragrances which have been discontinued. Paris by Yves St.Laurent is a long time favorite. I like the listing of fragrance notes. I have two long time friends who are specifically allergic to a fragrance notes. I only have one fragrance which Fragrance X does not carry. So this is why I recommend FragranceX.

I have been using this website for a few years and am very pleased. My suggestion would be to have a favorites area where we can save perfumes that we like instead of adding them to our carts. I love that FragranceX now saves my cart whenever I save my products. Also, it would be nice to have body mists (body sprays), deodorants, creams, and lotions in a separate section from the colognes. Now they are all bunched together. this means the website could do with a little tweaking. But overall, I love the site.

I've ordered from FragranceX.com a number of times. I always order the minimum dollar amount needed to get free shipping. If I need a couple dollars to spend to get myself free shipping I will browse for samples, travel size or bath products. The shipping is quick, around 3 days or so. The packaging my order comes in is great. The box is sturdy and secure, which keeps glass bottles from breaking. I have recommended your website to friends of mine.

Well FragranceX.com, there are aspects of the site that need a bit of improvement. Make available all that are on sale in a filter. Fragrance, lotion, body wash, etc. Not just fragrances. Be specific about what prices are presented on each product. When you see a Fragrance with a low price, and you check, it's usually a sample. That information should be clear to the customer. Overall, it's a great site with great products.

I am pleased with the quality, price, and description of the product. I’ve never order cologne before, but the process was very helpful. My only complaint is that when I entered my shipping address it did not ask for an apartment number, and my address was flagged as invalid upon arrival. I’m very happy with the product, however.
Design is a great smelling, moderately priced perfume. It comes in tester size, which I prefer.Delivery is fast and free if you buy a lot of it. I will purchase Design more in the future.
My Paul Smith tester came in a sealed plastic package, but it was either quite old or damaged. very little cologne inside and the smell was very off. Otherwise my order arrived quickly and accurately. To shop at FX again I would like to see an expanded offering of men's testers. I'm happy to pay up for premium fragrances, even for a tester size. I'm partial to Creed, Armani, Burberry, and Marley, but I also like the very traditional scents like Bay Rum from Lili of Bermuda.

Molinard’s Vanille Patchouli is a rich and decadent wearing experience. It’s the dark and chocolate cake type of patchouli. The note is the perfect counterpoint to Molinard’s signature vanilla which can be quite sweet. Due to the heaviness, this is not a daily scent but definitely meets expectations when you are in the mood for something unexpected. The ordering and shipping process on FragranceX exceeded expectations. I now have a place to go when I’m looking for hard to find scents.

I have been dealing with the web site for a long time. My overall concern is the prices of the merchandise. There was a time when I could buy gifts sets which this is what I prefer for the Clinique Aromatics. This is the first time that I have order men's cologne they both were expensive, but I had to order them for Christmas gifts it would have been wonderful if it was a Christmas gift sets. Reduce the prices and or have bigger discounts on all of the products. Bring the gifts sets back for both women and men. I know that I will be ordering again, but please bring back gifts' sets.
